Everything and everyone were exceptional! Staff at the front desk and bar and restaurant staff were not only amazing but extremely accommodating! Not sure when my next trip to Sydney will be but Ace will be my first choice.

Bed was really comfortable but lights were confusing as we couldn’t read the instructions on how to switch on/off. No soap for the hand basin so had to use soap from the shower. Toilet got blocked but that was quickly dealt with. It was a convenient spot and the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and not pricey.

We only stayed one night at the Ace Hotel but absolutely loved it. The room was huge, luxurious, and surprisingly quiet even though it faced a busy street. The amenities were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. A really great experience — we’d definitely stay again.

Wow.. simply perfect hotel! 5-star accommodation, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well-designed. The restaurant and bar on the hotel's entrance floor are exceptional. Perfect service, excellent, delicious and high-quality food. The hotel staff and the waiters in the bar and restaurant were professional, charming and helpful. They helped us with everything, were always happy to help and made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We highly recommend and we would be happy to visit again on our next vacation!
