Stayed at Ace Hotel Sydney and had a lovely experience. The interiors were stylish and comfortable, the room was spotless, and the amenities felt well-curated. Check-in was quick, staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Perfect base for exploring Surry Hills and the CBD.

Very enjoyable stay. Great vibe, funky decor, awesome staff. Breakfast at Loam was excellent. Sad I didn’t have time for Kiln. Did check the spot out though and imagine it is stunning at night. Highly recommend. Make sure to check out Butter across the street and try their Chicken and Donuts.

Love the ace, a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open until late on Wednesday like google review said, and couple of the bar staff not very friendly. All other staff at reception are lovely. Thanks for having us

Really impressed with Ace Hotel Sydney. They’ve done a great job capturing that New York feel and bringing it into Sydney without it feeling forced. The location is a big win, right in a cool, lively part of the city with easy access to everything you’d want. Makes it a great base whether you’re here for work or a weekend. Rooms are well designed and stylish, though a little on the smaller side. That said, the bed was seriously comfortable, which more than makes up for it after a long day. Didn’t get a chance to try Kiln, which was a bit of a shame as I’ve heard great things, but gives me a reason to come back. What really stood out was the team, genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel easy. Would definitely stay again.

Tiny room, had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned, wifi keeps dropping, tiny gym. But great location + nice cafe/bar in the foyer. This ain't a 5-Star hotel, its a buget hotel with nice decor. Far better places for you to stay for less money in Sydney

Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked.

Super nice.llace in a great location for what we were travelling for. Room was neat, clean and well laid out. Double glazed windows were awesome and couldn't hear a thing with them closed. The only quirky thing was that servicing the roo.s appeared to only be if you requested. Apart from that, would recommend.
