The hotel simply charged me for a bottle of wine which we didn’t consumed. It’s same as stealing from me

Everything was so perfect, neat and tidy, spacious, 10-15 minutes walk to Opera House, not to talk about 2 mins to light rail station.

I do not believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating; it should rather be classified as a three-star hotel. The concierge service was inadequate despite my booking for four nights with two rooms each night. It was perplexing why they only granted me accommodation for three nights with two rooms. Consequently, it took considerable time to reconfirm my stay for the additional night. Even though I had made these bookings months in advance, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel. My friends and I are profoundly disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay.

Not a 5* experience at all. Drove up and the man on reception said we had to move the car immediately, meaning we’d have to drag our large suitcases and multiple bags a long distance after hours of travelling. Furthermore, the parking was $77 a night, which is extremely expensive. Then after having to take all our bags such a way, there was no concierge and we had to struggle to take all the luggage to the room. Spa facilities were small and became cramped quickly. Sauna did not work at all. Left a very sour taste and would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are looking for a decent / 5* star experience.

This is my go to hotel in Sydney. It is well located, clean, friendly and always reliable. On this trip, friends of mine were staying elsewhere at a far more expensive hotel and my room at the Amora was much nicer, more spacious and with a water view. Theirs cost hundreds of dollars more. I have no regrets choosing Amora and will do so again.

The buffet breakfast was fabulous - in a great position close to The Rocks and Circular Quay - valet parking was easy and it is a lovely hotel.

Close to everywhere and tram stop

It was an exciting hotel experience—externally it felt like it had stayed in the 1990s, but in a charming way. The club lounge did not maybe offer the widest selection, but we still enjoyed having access to it as it was included in our reservation. Location ~ perfect.
