Second stay at this property and cannot rate it highly enough, great location, great staff and amazing rooms. Shout out to Shania who remembered me from a trip a year ago and once again on this visit she was equally amazing …… 5 star customer service and for that will definitely be going back to this hotel

Spa Pool Spa pool was small. Towels were not replaced that often. We might have come at a busy time. Get changed in your room and come down prepared, as the change room near spa is super small. Buffet Breakfast. Breakfast options were good. Usual bacon/eggs and congee for our Asian friends. Lots of good quality fresh fruit etc and gluten free options. Very good Japanese restaurant nearby as well. Beds & In Room Dining Beds were super comfy, room service was excellent and the food was great. All the food ordered was tasty and warm. If you stayed in Level 34, they have a Jamison lounge (smart casual) and you get drinks and canapés. Kids are welcome too, up until 5:30pm. Location Really easy to park. We parked next door and parked on B3 level and came up in the foyer of the lobby of the hotel. If you arrive on the weekend it’s probably cheaper to park all day for $35/day than paying the hotel $80/ day unless you want unlimited access. We just used the light rail at Wynyard station to go to the Opera house (5 min trip) or to Paddy’s Markets (15 min trip). Room Quality Our room had a view of the city skyline. Great view also from the bathroom. TV was a bit dated but ok. No USB / USB C - Charging ports, so bring your chargers.
