The hotel is great. Perfect location and perfect room. The room is great, interior very cozy and make us want to stay longer in the room. The staff also very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a fantastic short stay whilst in Sydney before Easter. Great location near transport and dining options. Enjoyed the pool and the spacious well appointed room. Well worth the room rate that was paid.
Will be staying there again.
Let’s hope the repairs to the elevators are completed soon 😊

We had a really nice time. The only comment would be that the steak was really really small for what we paid for. Also the steaming room could be renovated.. sauna, pool and gym were great!

Awesome hotel. Check in staff member was very unfriendly. Bar guy also wasn’t overly pleasant. Rooms are very spacious and it’s a brilliant location for the city.

The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks.
The staff was very friendly.
The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights.
The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels.
Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff.

Everything was great! Super spacious room! Only slightly annoying thing was they tried to call me since I didn’t get the daily clean due to DND sign up, but they only called for a split second several times in the day so I wasn’t even able to answer it in time! Didn’t need any supplies but I just couldn’t reach the phone lol. Staff super nice and well mannered.
