要拿行李從Lobby行樓梯，才能到另一部升降機，才可以到達住宿樓層。房間有異味，只有一隻對着後巷的窗門，優點是近火車站，員工態度很好。

地點十分方便，房間亦很乾淨

住宿乾淨滿意，機場交通搭Skybus到市區下車點離住宿走路5分鐘而已，推薦給攜帶比較多行李的人，下次去會再入住。只是房間內的地是有撲地毯的，會介意的人要自己帶拖鞋，飯店沒有附室內拖鞋

廁所沒門鎖鎖門, 廚房洗碗盆出冷水的水龍頭壞了, 其他一切都很好, 房間都很大, 位置很方便,服務人員很有禮貌

Great service desk - polite and welcoming Room not what expected very small. Online photos very deceptive 1. bathroom amenities - certainly no room to swing a cat at all. A very tight aqueeze 2. Wash basin outside of bathroom area 3. Bin in the toilet area too big 4. Bird droppings on the window A big tick for bed comfort though

A very convenient location to Southern Cross Station & Sky Bus transfer to MEL airport

Room was small but clean and in a great location in Melbourne. Close to Southern Cross station and tram stops outside the front door. Even though the room was small the bed was comfortable and wecwere only there yo sleep and shower.

Great variety

Check in was easy, building and decor very tired and damaged in lots of places. Difficult to negotiate stairs with suitcases etc. no instructions in room for use of TV. Mattress way too soft and uncomfortable. Water pressure not good at all and kept going cold whilst showering. Room service not good, phoned reception at 1015 pm to order a glass of wine to be told no as bar shut!!

The location is superb for the train station. I just know there are two sections of this hotel a sort of lower standard section and a higher standard section.

The bed was horrendous and pillows needed throwing out. Here for two days and room not serviced. Have stayed at least 50 nights and this was the worst time ever. Need to find a new place to stay.

スタッフによって、サービス精神が、ものすごくある方と、本当にお金のためだけに、働いているスタッフの差がめちゃくちゃ激しい。多分、いわゆるシティホテルのため、きちんとした、接客スタッフのためのトレーニングなどが無く、本気で、ホテルで働きたくて、お客様へのサービスが、大切と思っている人と、お金のためのみに、働いている人の違いが顕著だった。お金のためのみに、働くのは、良いし、しょうがないが、それなら、笑顔も、何もいらない職場に行ってほしい。頭の使い方を知らない、サービスの意味のわかって無い、スタッフがいたように思いました。

Need more pillows only 1 spare pillow .. could of added bottles of water need better sheets keep coming off the bed ....i have stayed heaps before ...twin room not to my standard

Reception gentleman fantastic. Great location to Spencer Street train station. Room practically set out, with easy to use air con. Disappointing that bar staff were not open for the supposed 5 - 7pm happy hour. (We left after waiting 15minutes for them to open) So we went down the road to a lively traditional pub. Breakfast was average but hash browns well pass cooked stage, waffles awful. Overall memory is of a the wonderful welcome at Reception. A comfortable stay.
