Batman Hill on Collins

要拿行李從Lobby行樓梯，才能到另一部升降機，才可以到達住宿樓層。房間有異味，只有一隻對着後巷的窗門，優點是近火車站，員工態度很好。

地點十分方便，房間亦很乾淨

住宿乾淨滿意，機場交通搭Skybus到市區下車點離住宿走路5分鐘而已，推薦給攜帶比較多行李的人，下次去會再入住。只是房間內的地是有撲地毯的，會介意的人要自己帶拖鞋，飯店沒有附室內拖鞋

廁所沒門鎖鎖門, 廚房洗碗盆出冷水的水龍頭壞了, 其他一切都很好, 房間都很大, 位置很方便,服務人員很有禮貌

One bed was made and one bed was not, sanitary bag was not replaced and no bin liner put back in the bin.

Block out blinds were great. Loved the bed, cosy. The taps in the bathroom were extremely noisy and kitchen tap was had to stop dripping Thanks for a delicious breakfast 👍

Room was very clean staff was very friendly only down fall was room service wasn’t much to choose from to order food and desert wise and no canned drinks

Clean in room , lift, eating areas and bar. Good sincere service

Room was clean but a bit pokey, some reception staff unhelpful and not friendly in manner

Great location on the doorstep of Southern Cross Station and close to office location and many eating options. The room was ok. It was an ok size for the money, a bit weird with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The room was faced onto Spencer St so thank goodness I brought my ear plugs. The room is in need of a facelift and the worst thing was the horrible smell that I’m sure was coming from the bathroom. Location great but room not so great.

Very noisy

Room was the size of a dog box. Shower pressure poor and hot water was only like warm. Very disappointed as had booked months before with friends and they got bumped to another hotel the day before trip. Ruined our itinerary as they were now 1/2 hour from us. Will probably never stay here again in case this happens once more. Happy to take $ then say overbooked and we have moved you. Thanks for your understanding. No understanding just anger. Room size tiny. Shower pressure very and hot water was only lukewarm

We got bumped from Batman on Collins to an other hotel. I received an email 24hrs before asking me to ring the hotel because we had been moved. I rang them & was told maintenance issues. We had booked this hotel along with our friends 5 months earlier because we were attending a concert & wanted to stay in the same hotel. They weren't moved. We had booked because of location, opposite Southern Cross. We were moved to Ibis on Therry St 30 minutes walk away. We overhead at the Ibis that Batman Hill knew they were overbooked the weekend before!!! Ibis staff were lovely & we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment but it wasn't the location we had chosen & paid for.

Room was neat and clean. Staff we friendly. Recommend place to stay.

なにより立地が素晴らしい。 メルボルン空港からのスカイバスの到着バスターミナルからサザンクロス駅構内を経由して徒歩3分。 トラムの駅からもほど近くどこに行くにも便利。 建物は古くて趣があるが、部屋はリニューアルされていてそれほど不自由は感じない。

I stayed here in a studio apartment last week and a much bigger apartment this week. It was huge and very comfortable for our family of 4 - 2 x young adult daughters. The proximity to Marvel stadium is fantastic!
