Staff were fantastic, able to deliver food up to the rooms, helpful with the smoking balcony overnight, and ready to answer any questions. The room was a budget room, but the best one I've stayed in around Melbourne in the last 10 years. Quiet, clean, perfect. The restaurant downstairs serves beautiful food and you get a discount for being a tenant at the hotel. Five star service. Breakfast is on offer every morning until 10am for $35, looking well worth the cost. The only downside I found was the stairs - access to the wing I was staying in included mandatory stairs. However, when I extended my stay another night the staff offered to move me to a room that was accessible, so if you have a need for accessibility try to let them know early. All up, a wonderful stay and one I will plan again.

We always stay at Batman’s hill on collins, beds are so comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful and it’s always clean. Only down side is in apartments and some cheaper rooms tv doesn’t load streaming services or it does but keeps disconnecting.

A surly Asian lady (only mentioned race to help you) not helpful or informative. Checkout lady very pleasant and held my bag without problem. Great location to shopping ,Spencer Station and Marvel stadium. Hotel needs upgrading at these room prices.
