facilities lots of, the room is big, have beautiful view.

酒店內有工程進行中，朝早七點便開工，雖然聲浪不算太大，但斷斷續續，不能入睡。 房間內電話不能直接打去服務台，有點不便

Good location and friendly receptionist at check-in, very good valet service and breakfast is not five star but good. The hotel is somehow a bit old and some renovation is necessary to bring it up to the Marriott/SPG member standard. One thing annoying is the Chinese receptionist at check out was very impolite and unpatient, who should be better trained with the sense for hospitality services

This is our 2nd stay in the hotel. The location was very convenient, the beddings were very comfortable and most importantly the breakfast was excellent. we will come here again for sure if we visited brisbane in the future

Many fine cafe and restaurants along the river bank

Fridge wasn’t cold, air con not great. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic and the tinned spaghetti was unacceptable. The executive lounge was also very minimalist.

Checked in early. Room was ready. Great stuff. Amazing how many hotels try to stick to their check in times. Staying for a further 9 nights. Loving it.

Stunning view

Parking was easy as we had valet as part of our deal, upgraded to presidential suite was a great surprise. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the geographical location was close to city centre, Chinatown and fortitude valley. A real trip down memory lane as I did all of my secondary education just up the road. Thanks for a great weekend.

All staff encountered were pleasant and attentive. The foyer of the hotel smelled very nice. Our room was large in size, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy.

Did not have breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay at The Marriot Brisbane, It is in a great spot near the river with great views, we had a great deal which included valet parking and breakfast which was fabulous as parking in the city can be hard and very expensive. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety of yummy food. Close to a great walk along the river with access to restaurants. I will definitely consider staying there again

Breakfast was great but started late (7 on weekends) so missed one morning as had to leave for airport before opened and rushed the day before because of a meeting. Room was nice but very dim, even in bathroom lighting was poor. Water provided had tops impossible to open

TV didn’t work. Water pressure almost non-existent, especially the hot water. Only 2 cups despite the room being booked for 3 people (there were two queen size beds in the room). Worn cupboard doors (laminate worn off). I’ve stayed here before and never really had a problem with it. It should have been a nice place to stay but didn’t really live up to the price. Mentioned the issues to the reception on leaving and they said they’d get engineering to look at it. No offer of compensation in any form for the sub standard product and service provided. Quite disappointing all round.

Wonderful location in Brisbane, easy walk along the river to many beautiful spots. Loved the pool, spa and other amenities. Clean room, comfy beds.

Excellent in every way

The customer service here was outstanding. Absolutely every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel was excellent and Motion restaurant food was very tasty and the chef came to our table to make sure everything was fine with our meal. Thank you to Jemma on reception, Simon at the bar and everyone who served us and made our stay memorable for all the right reasons.

Had a fantastic anniversary weekend with my hubby, very well taken care of.. we will be back!
