Brisbane Marriott Hotel

We loved our stay here, what really made it a great stay was the staff. Every single staff member was so genuinely lovely and helpful. Not over the top or stiff, just genuine interactions. Valet parking was extremely quick with friendly & fantastic staff. Breakfast was great, wonderful staff again. Front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful. Executive lounge was nice bonus. Our room was lovely with a view of the bridge. My only criticism is the shower has very low pressure if you need to wash your hair. And the room was a bit stuffy, we noticed we felt very blocked up when we were in there for a long time and felt better once we were outside. It might’ve been from all of the recent rain perhaps. Not a huge issue, we mentioned to front desk upon check out and they appreciated the feedback and said would look into it. We would stay again without hesitation and recommend to friend and family.

Only concern was Luggage as had to chase it up and my wife had to go get hers and had some attitude from them. 2hrs later. Mistakes Happen was the Comment. But The Marriott Upgraded us to the best room in the Hotel for free as per booking of first room Unavailable. And it was not expected and it was the best . Well Done Marriott.
