Full of cockroaches and first room was occupied when I opened the door

There was blood on the cabinetry, the ceiling was covered in heavy black mould, the bathroom was not cleaned, the mugs were dirty, kettle was broken, floor was sticky like glue. Cockoaches were present throughou, cieling fan covered in dust, the balcony was disgusting ash and cigarette butts everywhere. Aircon worked Bed was ok. Very old facility not maintined at all. Very dissapointing

Mould in the bathroom and no tv remote. Reception lady was good but seemed to be under a lot of pressure Noisy neighbours didn't get to go to sleep at all. Checked out early in the morning. Smoke detector still had the plastic cover on it so it wouldn't have worked

There's only one power point in the bedroom, across the bed. I needed one beside the bed. The bedsheets felt "itchy". They don't feel comfortable. There are no lifts. One has to walk up through a funny smelling and dirty staircase.

The property reflected the price paid. Clean and tidy room and good location close to everything

Mould in shower - floor slippery for first day - dirt on table, room not as advertised - shower tap falling off - ashit hole

Door to room was broken, had to spend 15 mins on the phone only for the door to not lock at night

Room wasn’t clearly marked, had trouble finding our room. Walls paper thin, could hear everything next door was doing. Booked a room with balcony and was on ground floor.

There was mould on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. There was mouldy food scraps under the bed. Had booked a 3 night stay, checked out after one. Still working on getting a refund for the other 2 nights. How disappointing!

The people downstairs in front of the hotel was very noisy and was revving cars at 2am in the morning and using the road as a race track no security to prevent this to happen. Will never see me again and wont suggest anyone to stay there.!!!

Terrible Motel - advertised as "air-conditioned" but the air conditioner did not work. Didn't stay but Motel refused to refund payment. Wotif took my money & my contract was with them but they were less than useless in assisting me.

Had everything that we need and walking distance to city

The staff were amazing after coming off night shift and not well and got me early check-in , was able to have an awesome sleep before driving home the following morning. Excellent customer service and really appreciated the staff going above n beyond.

room was mouldy, some guests (indigenous) were constantly loud

The apartment was not the same as the pictures. Walls were damaged

Didnt like there was no tv remote, room in areas very dusty mouldy and cockaroaches and used moildy towel left in bathroom draw.

Unsafe and dirty

Only stayed a day, left for the evening and came back to find a big cockroach in our room Wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid but we expected at least a clean room with no roaches

It was filthy, i was told the room had just been cleaned , clean sheets but thats all , in bathroom shower screens and wall tiles where not washed , floor had dirt in corners where it hadn't even been tried to clean . Lock on sliding door was broken so a make shift lock was on door stopping outsiders coming in , curtains where so old the backing was coming off which allowed the light straight out side the door come in . The picture did not match the room i was given. It would help if they put a big sign on door askinf guess to not let the door to go in or out after hrs the doir slam as you can hear it all night , i rang said after hrs number to complain about noise as the paper work said to and was told to call the police.
