Staff super helpful and friendly. Wonderful location. Coffee/food shops close handy. Woolies supermarket around corner on Elizabeth st. Dark, quiet room for sleeping. Microwave useful. Tourist info available. Terrific Thai restaurant in basement but book ahead. It was so busy we opted for takeaway (Friday night). Will certainly use this hotel again in the future.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a small laneway. Night-time is quiet. The rooms are in excellent condition. Eveeywhere is clean and extremely well maintained. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. Bed is comfortable and things like showercap, facewashers and a microwave are appreciated. (not all hotels stock these items). There are lots of hotels in the CBD, yet I will return to this little treasure

員工態度好，有微波爐。地點不太好，在一條小巷裏，小巷衞生不算好，而且天黑回去要小心點。房間有會飛的小蟲，拍死了6隻左右，有點差。浴室冇花灑，不過水壓很好。

Very disappointed, the main thing you want is a comfortable bed not a bed that could've been mistaken with the floor. Woke up sore every day we stayed not feeling rested. Also bathroom needed to be cleaner. And aircon seemed locked on the one temp. Should be controlled by customer.

Staff informed us parking was across the road after we had parked, there were no signs to inform us, TV didn’t work, reception staff were quit haphazard, the night attendant was excellent, bed was comfortable

We loved our stay. Yes a budget hotel but fantastic staff, well located and the great price it is hard to go elsewhere. Our room on level 5 was whisper quite, the bed and pillows better than some five star hotels we have stayed at.

Rooms are little worn but maintained and perfectly adequate. Bathrooms had been updated. Location was fantastic, 24 reception and daily room keeping are nice to have.
