Very convenient location, with 15-minute walk to attractions. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. But exchange currencies is not in the hotel, neither dinning. The property is old style with good reasons because of the central location. WiFi is ok but not at the ideal speed. But the hotel is cheaper so no complaints.

Stayed in the spa room. The hotel was in a good location close to cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious however there was no sunlight it was very dark inside. The spa bath was huge however was difficult to get into and slippery to get out of wouldnt recommend for anyone with disabilty plus glass door was bit of a hazard Overall had a nice stay room was decent for price

The location was very good, being just one block away from a major street that had a free tram around the downtown. Unfortunately the staff was very lacking in helpfulness & knowledge. We were not given enough towels or toilet paper, and when we asked for them, the staff showed up with wrong items. They obviously don’t know the difference between a hand towel and a bath mat! We also were given a coupon for complimentary drinks from my Hotels.com reward status, but every time we asked the front desk for our drinks, they could not give them to us, because they had to bring them to your room, and they could not leave the front desk, because they did not have enough staff to take care of any guests! Otherwise, our room was spacious enough and the hotel was quiet at night. Given the location in an alleyway where there are a lot of restaurants, they all close up by 10pm. We were given a discount coupon card for each day to get breakfast at a cafe next door, which was very appreciated.
