房間很大很舒服，酒店分三座，因依山而建，要上一條小小山坡，會介紹朋友來住。

非常好的酒店！设施很完备，有空调还有电热毯，卫生间还有浴霸。车位也很多。关键是老板很nice！在非工作期间，我们check out的时候把钥匙放在了return box，结果发现我们的东西不小心丢在了房间里。打电话联系老板，她直接开了半小时的车程到了酒店帮我们把东西拿出来了！真的特别好！强烈推荐！

Good basic room - clean and comfortable and at the right price

We really enjoyed our stay at the Commodore Regent. Such a great location, walking distance to the mall, football oval and supermarket. City Park is right across the road. The room wasn't anything fancy, but it was neat and tidy. Thanks!

Very comfortable room, and the bathroom was properly clean (great shower!) Views over City Park and easy walk into the city.

Didn’t like sliding bathroom door which didn’t want to stay shut.

I am being serious when I say this and I have photos to back up my statement on arrival. Smashed up cars in car park on arrival, there was what I call a biohazard on every thing besides the bed. What I can assume is semen all over the couch, chair, bed head and floor. The toilet had been used and not flushed. I had to wipe down everything we used with soap and a towel. Hand prints on the walls from previous people. Remote for tv had no batteries, glasses were not clean, cobwebs on the walls and roof. I sent an email trying to contact someone with no reply. I am awaiting a refund for that disgusting place. Cleaner needs to be sacked and inspectors need to go through the place and condemn it. You’d think it’s a joke untill you realize i actually payed my hard earned money for that night. I will never come back and I’m half tempted to post photos on launceston chit chat to save a family from staying there. Absolutely appalling and no respect for customers. I feel sick that I had no choice but to stay the night there. If you want photos for evidence I’m more than happy to provide them.
