코모도어 리젠트 론서스턴

전반적으로 만족했습니다. 겉으로 보기에 오래되어 보이지만 방과 화장실도 깨끗하고 화장실도 좋았습니다. 샤워기 수압이 꽤 세서 만족했었구요. 이탈되는 저렴한 가격에 편하게 지냈습니다.

시내 중심에 위치가 좋았어요~ 아이 둘과 가족 여행으로 만족 스러웠습니다

Great location. Nice big room with huge bathroom and powerful shower. Comfy bed and warm.

Room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Shower was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Located off the centre of town, close to city park and amenities, the accommodation was good and reception very helpful. Only disappointment was there was no restaurant and therefore no breakfast available on site.

Good location, nice room and easy parking.

Room was excellent. No electric blanket though even though information said there was. Some things we thought should be included were: bottle opener, cork screw & tea towel. Also heat pump needs a clean as blowing cold air

Quarto ok, funcionária mal educada, recepção não tem onde esperar, meu chekout seria as 10, e meu ônibus às 13, não tinha uma cadeira para sentar, tive que ir sentar no fundo do hotel onde tira um “ponto de ônibus” com cadeiras sujas e pessoas fumando

Desperate for a refurb, and new bed mattresses! Not comfortable, but reasonably clean.

Friendly staff at reception and clean room. Only criticism would be broken lock on bathroom door.

Check in was a terrible experience. New staff, not trained properly. I was initially refused to be allowed to stay. They have a policy of putting a $150 bond on a credit card. That’s fine, most hotels do the same. However they would not except my westpac debit master card and could not understand that it is a credit card. Just because it has debit written on it is irrelevant, it is a credit card and not only that it is one of the most used in this country. I contacted the bank and they confirmed it is a credit card and they had never heard of this happening. I asked to either speak to the manager or for the manager to contact me and my request was flat out refused and I was told I was not permitted to speak with the manager. I have stayed at hotels hundreds of times that your records will confirm, this is my first ever complaint.
