Needs work

Thank you to the Courtyard by Marriot. As soon as id arrived, the staffs were helpful and accomodating. However I need to mention Ega, she was my favourite, she was friendly, easy on the eyes and she had such an adorable smile. Again, id apologise for the inconvenience i had caused, i had carelessly took a longer than expected break and found myself on the missing person list back in Melbourne.

Perfect location and right near Woolworths. The pool is lovely and the hotel was nice and quiet and the rooms very spacious.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable hotel. Only problem was it changed its name recently and our taxi had no idea where the courtyard by Marriott was. Also currently no bar or restaurant despite still advertising it does. No breakfast on weekends either. Need to communicate this to customers with bookings as this is not a good look.

Clean and staff were very helpful

Very comfortable room, comfortable bed. Aircon quite noisy tho. Close to restaurants and other entertainment. Was lovely and quiet in general, didn’t hear the new years celebrations raging on.

Partner and I stayed here over new year's and we had a wonderful stay. Stayed on the 8th floor and it was very quiet and in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle that was darwin CBD. Super comfy bed and walkable to most places in Darwin CBD area. Great hotel, great location and amazing staff!

nice and clean

Pool area footpaths needed a pressure clean and pool area garden needed some attention (pick up of palm fronds etc).

Everything was nice. And it’s quite central to Darwin city which makes it handy and it’s a easy walk to most venues

It was quiet, clean, and convenient.

Excellent service and friendly, accommodating staff.

A little disappointed the restaurant wasnt available but otherwise a pleasant stay

I loved the room, location and ability to walk downtown & to the waterfront.

Open space, fresh decor, generally in good condition throughout

Mould and water damage on the ceiling

Check in around 2:30am 6/9/2024 was really slow, the only receptionist doing the check in said he was just 2 weeks in the job, took him about 15mins to check in for one guest. The line had only 4 guests including myself waiting to check in, which took him nearly one hour. While serving me, there was another guest cane to have the room card replaced, the receptionist then jumped the guest over the queue and let me wait, very rude and unprofessional. I have a silver membership from Expedia which gave me free parking when booking the room, which I showed him on the phone, but he kept refusing saying he didnt know about that, which I had to talk to his boss after that to have it resolved. Staff clearly need to have more training both in customer service and checkin skills. The hotel is good in general and the breakfast is ok too.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Super clean, will return!
