The hotel felt like a clinical medical space - grey, bland and no atmosphere or comfort at all. The receptionist was pleasant at check in but not particularly welcoming and didn't offer any information except for parking as I asked about it. The bed moved around because the floors are lino and the castors didn’t lock. It was hard to fit the kettle under the faucet, and under the small tea/coffee selection was an old bottle top from who knows when. The bed was very soft and not supportive. The one redeeming feature is the decent hot water in the shower (though the shower water leaked out onto the bathroom floor) but that is not enough to bring me back here again. Very disappointing.

Good spacious room with king bed and on suite bathroom. Clean room with early daily room service once you had left the hotel. Above average bistro and well stocked bar. Pool nice and clean with no heavy chlorination. Overall a lovely hotel for a reasonable price close to city shops and restaurants.

My stay was excellent from the moment i arrived to the time i left. My room was comfortable and clean, my bed was clean and well made. The meals were nice, there was a lot of choices for breakfast. Lunch and Dinner were nice too. I would highly recommend this hotel. I don't drive a taxi was called for me to make my way home.

Staff and facilities perfect

Great stay, convenient and effortless checking in and out. The room was nice, didn't use the pool but saw others enjoying themselves in there. Awesome location.

Incredible pool and outdoor relaxing area. Great room, spacious and tidy. Restaurant meals were delicious!

The cleaning staff here were particularly good. Wi-fi was good, too. The room was spacious and comfortable, except for lack of a desk and microwave. That's on us, though, for not looking for those things specifically. I just haven't been in a hotel room without a desk since I can remember, so I didn't think to check on this. Otherwise, everything was great.

Other than a noisy aircon room & staff were great, will stay again.

The rooms may be refurbished but the original aircon remains and is too loud to sleep (changed rooms twice - same issue). Rooms are not cleaned till late afternoon providing massive inconvenience when working. Room service menu extremely limited. Pool was closed for the week which was not advertised in advance. Terrible service in trying to get issues rectified.

Staff were helpful however hardware upgrades are needed: 1) only one chair in our room for two guest. 2) kettle is too big for the sink 3) drain at shower not working well, causing flooding at shower 4) remote controller for aircon was missing so we had to contact reception. In addition, no hand towels, bath towels had stains. No recycling bin in room. Card charge is 1.5%. We paid for 3 people for full breakfast and ordered one coffee by barista, still got charged. We were given rooms at level 1. By my wife’s request we had rooms at level 6, windows facing a building only few metres away. My general feeling is that if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy, you are not very welcomed. Above all, staff at reception were helpful.
