Crowne Plaza HUNTER VALLEY, an IHG Hotel

What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good value for money!

we had an 80th birthday get together with all the family. the children especially loved the waterpark, movie night and pool.

One of our pillows is mouldy. We only realise the morning we woke up and we saw the end of the pillow. The body wash in the shower is empty. My 5yr old daughter burn her ankle in the baby jumping castle when she did her first slide. So she did not get to enjoy much as she had pain on her foot. We did not get to ride the kangaroo tour as it is full. Hope they did at least 5 ride sessions in 1 day knowing it’s a busy time so guests can do most of the things the resort is offering. The carpet is very old hope it get changed. Other than that the food was great.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our two young children, the accommodation and facilities were great.

The water play and swimming pool is the highlight of our trip, my daughter love playing with water.

Great pool and awesome buffet breakfast. Rooms were also clean and nice views of the outdoors.

Earlier check in would have been ideal

The villa room we stayed in definitely needs an update new carpets etc but was clean enough and comfy bed. The amenities are great the pool area etc.

The pool and water park facilities were fantastic for kids!! The breakfast buffet is also extensive and very fancy.

Rydges was outstanding , clean and quality room. Breakfast was top notch and kids loved the amenities too! Great holiday

Upgrade was appreciated after booking hassle, friendly staff, great facilities and reasonable food in Bar with Restaurant not opened on our night staying there but buffet breakfast next morning was very good. A great place for families :-)
