Very dated and overpriced. Need a major renovation to reflect the price they are charging.

We enjoyed the weekend holiday at Rydges Nice and clean beautiful food at gather restaurant and breakfast variety off delicious food and fresh juice One thing upsets me waiting 30 minutes in the morning before breakfast to get my coffee I hope the management will do better Thanks Rydges

Great hotel for families, staff very friendly and always willing to help. Some amenities need to be renovated or upgraded. Breakfast very good, great coffee, only let down the fruits. Good restaurants on site. Lot of activities for adults or families. Highly recommended!

Great family location

Great location in a convenient area, with a spacious and comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of options. Free onsite parking was also a big plus, making the stay even more convenient.

Want to relax? Not the place. Rooms poorly insulated, you can hear all the neighbours. The mattress is so soft you feel you’re drowning on it. Cleaning is not an option - room full of dirt- and the hotel charges for housekeeping as an additional! (I wanted to do my own housekeeping I would have got an AirBnB). The room had a non working toilet window, non working phone, non working A/C. My reservation was for a king villa with view to the golf club, which I didn’t get - I was lucky to have a view to the parking where a thousand loud kids were playing and screaming 24/7. Want to go to the spa? Think again, not an option. Restaurant? Might need to wait hours… pub? Good luck getting in. A complete disaster, I strongly believe this should be labeled as ‘misleading and false advertising’. Thanks for making my Easter weekend a complete nightmare.

Disappointing thing is you cant sit in the bar and watch any football as they have no foxtel or streaming service, only free to air. They also charge an eftpos fee and on top of that 10%/15% charge for sundays and public holidays. Im sure the $400 a night should cover the cost We have stayed here a few times and i feel that ill be looking at other hotels next time.
