Only hotel on our whole trip where we didn’t get milk in the fridge!

The fact we came for a relaxing time and restful sleep and got anything but, the bed was so uncomfortable would have been better on the floor.
Pillows hopeless, bales of hay would have been better.
The food from the bar, was over priced and poor quality for what you paid for.
Over all very poor establishment, a back yard pub would have been a better option.

What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good value for money!
