Buffet breakfast is not worth the price

Very clean and spacious rooms. Our suite included a number of small appliances, like a toaster and iron, and included laundry detergent, which we found very useful. They even left a couple of small cartons of milk in the fridge for us. The pool and happy hour was great as well!

Our stay at the property was disappointing overall. While the staff were attentive and the bed was comfortable, the experience did not meet expectations. We were allocated an accessible room with a fully accessible bathroom which resembled a hospital or nursing home bathroom, which did not align with the room type we had booked. Upon contacting reception, we were informed that no alternative rooms were available and were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. Although the gesture was appreciated, the core issue of receiving an incorrect room remained unresolved. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of notably poor quality. Given the cost of the stay and the reputation of Crystal Brook Hotels, the experience fell well below expectations, and we would be unlikely to consider staying at this or any other Crystal Brook property in the future

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were corteous, helpful and friendly. My room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for the perfect stay! The hotel and room looked better than the photos and far exceeded my expectations. If I am ever lucky enough to visit Australia again I will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing and accomodating

The room was very nice, super comfy bed! Staff were also really friendly and helpful. Was my favourite place I stayed during my trip to Australia. Only downside was because the pool is on the 3rd floor, it is fully shaded by the building from about 2pm. It’s also very small.

My car was damaged in the car park. I received an email telling me to report it to police and now I am the one out of pocket and have a keyed car.

Clean room, helpful staff, beautiful location

Only breakfast option was downstairs in restaurant. Room service starts at 3pm but is not communicated anywhere and is very limited. Room service when it did finally come was terrible. No water in room, minimal amenities in room. Mini bar access is only accessible at reception. Very poorly designed bathroom with minimal access to power in the cupboard. Toilet and sink up against mirror so unable to reach mirror effectively. Mirror in the room is so dark you can’t even see yourself in it. Took a long time to just get a bucket of ice as the staff were on break. Room was right near engine room so was incredibly noisy. I would never ever stay at this hotel again nor recommend it. I’ve stayed in better motels than this and was hugely disappointed as I’d heard good things.
