location is good but very nosie at night

没什么挑剔的！就是花沙有点漏水，冰箱有点问题！其它超级好！

位置很好，整潔，餐廳食物出色。但略為失望訂了海景房卻只有很少及視野普通的風景，倒不如訂普通房間。

Stay room just above bar because attracted by the price with breakfast. However, i would recommend other choices as people still talking loud until 2am even on a weekday. Breakfast is nice tho.

接近市中心方便購物、接近旅遊中心和碼頭，非常方便。在旅遊中心有很多本地旅遊資訊和可以參加本地遊。交通方便。

We stayed in Customs House Hotel from 14-16 Dec 2014. We had a nice experience in the hotel. We had our web online check-in for our domestic flight from Hobart to Sydney and need to print out our boarding passes in hard copiese. We told the hotel manager (Tyler) about this and he kindly agreed to help us with this. We were amazingly surprised by his kind help. He also gave us useful suggestions about the tourist spots nearby the hotel. We also liked the breakfast very much. It was delicious. We had spinach and salmon quiche and egg benedicts and most important of all, it was complimentary with one item per pax off the menu.

Maybe because of the high ceiling, the lighting seems not sufficient there. However, when taking the price and the location into consideration, it is still very worthwhile to stay. It is just in front of the wharf and near the market Salamanca. Besides, the breakfast is nice too.

Room is clean and tidy. Location is good and easy to access nearby tourist attraction by foot. Breakfast and service is good. However, the room shower pressure is too low and water kettle is old and a bit dirt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was small.

由于到的是晚上 前台一开始接待没有人 这幢楼一楼是酒吧 晚上鬼哭狼嚎到半夜两三点 非常的吵 第二天要求换到另一面的房间被果断的拒绝 其实没多少客人 虽然离码头和salamanca集市很近 但是晚上睡不好觉 第二天一切都白搭

Older premises. Room very clean. Staff were wonderful every single one from reception to restaurant to room attendants. Location with a million dollars.

Polite and helpful staff. Great view from a very spacious and characterful room. The rate for the room with a substantial breakfast included was very good value. The position opposite the harbour was perfect.

We booked for 3 adults and was given a family room that slept 5. The room was huge and had all the amenities you need. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room, great location to Salamanca, buses, & city. Staff held suitcases for us and gave us a later check out which was great. Bed was large with soft mattress. Room needs black out curtains though, as bright sunlight lit up the room early in the morning.
