The staff was very accommodating- helping us store our fresh food on our first day before check-in and helped us cook our eggs for the Three Capes hike. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great location for walking the town. Near Salamanca Market which is opened on Saturdays. See the Antarctica Museum. Waterfront offers lots of seafood and other options.

Nice convenient property, walk all around waterfront. Food was really good. Just the bed was a bit too soft and some noise from outside at night.

A great hotel in arguably one of Australia's best locations. I stay here twice a year for work and look forward to it each time. The rooms are terrific and the pub downstairs has beautiful food and good vibes.

Staff were very helpful, the place is at the perfect location on everything from restaurants, bus stops, pier, Salamanca Market, shops, tour pickups, etc. Breakfast were excellent, hotel bar and restaurant were a bonus. Having a laundry outside our room were very helpful.

It filled my requirement of being close to Markets and other options

We spent several days there last week. The room was comfortable & clean. Our only comment was the hairdryer was out of another era. We needed some extra towels & the staff quickly got them. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was pleasant & accommodating. We arrived late due to a flight change & were able to arrange to pick up a key using technology. My daughter figured it out. I would have had a bit of a problem! Breakfasts were included & delicious. We needed to have them ready quickly a few times & we arranged this the night before & it was done without a problem. The restaurant is popular in Hobart too and we went for Happy Hour & for dinner one night. It was delicious. The location is great. Our room had a harbor view. Walked right over to the Salamanca Market on Saturday. We’d absolutely go there again.

The staff have to be congratulated, staying at Customs House ended up being one of the highlights of our holiday.

The hotel is conveniently sited. Close to the city, the market, ferries, buses, and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying there.

Best accommodation

Staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Really central spot,just across the road from the Mona ferry.

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was good too, though a little tired.
