Hotel is in an extremely handy and convenient place in the CBD. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast (which was included) was excellent. Whilst all of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful it would be amiss not to make special mention of Nuri, Brock and Alejandra. All three of these staff members went well out of their way to ensure that we have an extremely memorable stay and we feel that they should be congratulated on their outstanding efforts. They are a huge asset to the hotel.

Perfect spot, big balcony overlooking the harbor, with beautiful sunrise views. The room was spacious and super clean, and there were tons of shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. And the breakfast that's included with the room? Delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly, too.

Firstly the location is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the heart of things. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. All staff were very helpful and engaging. The complementary breakfast hit the spot for a busy day ahead and the dinner we had was delicious. Could not fault our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you all.
