费兹洛伊岛度假酒店

非常放鬆能享受大自然，早上聽海浪聲起床太幸福，島上的自然生態很棒，又可以健行也可以浮潛，超級適合短期渡假放鬆的好地方

島上的風景超級美，非常可以放鬆休息，很推薦來住二晚，不枉此行

Very beautiful coral reef, just step out the room then swimming with fish & turtle, colourful coral. The restaurant was wonderful! The price was worthwhile! Will come back again

餐飲的選擇太少

我订的是welcome bay suit，房间不错，安静，干净能看海. 但是没有被子，柜子里的毛毯太久没有人用有味道. 水龙头的水是黄的，有异味. 整个岛上各种设施大多数都没有开，即使是开了的也下午4.30就都关闭了. 只开了一家bar ，9点后就没有吃的了. 吃的东西又贵又不好吃. 建议以后自己带食物和淡水. 娱乐设施也是4点就关了.

Beautiful island, wonderful view. Staff are friendly and the reef is great. Hotel charge everything e.g. snokelling equipment, suit, wifi etc. Only 2 ships a day in this non peak season.

no internet cover; hotel wifi need payment and only cover at lobby. lots of ants that make u busy to clean places and wrap up food after taking food.

Recommend to stay, join the snokling tour 2 bedroom room is suitable and ideal for family

我訂了家庭海景房。窗景很美，房間、浴室、客廳都很寬。有陽台。有廚房和冰箱。蠻乾淨的。可在那自己打點伙食。不過食物記得要放冰箱，不然會引來螞蟻及蟑螂

各方面都还不错，岛上唯一的酒店，景色很棒，唯一的问题是上岛的时间通常是上午10点左右，可却要等到下午两点以后才能入住，而离岛的时间通常在下午4点左右，可是却一定要上午10点钟退房，不太适合国人旅游的习惯。

酒店冇有免費活動，歺飲都高，水上活動冇人理，冇錢冇得玩，出入酒店船費冇特別價格，同街客一樣，個人覺得冇渡假感覺.

Tired resort, coral beaches with some sand, not really what the promos suggest. Zephyrs restaurant was the highlight.

- Lovely helpful staff. - The view from the front rooms are lovely and really is a hop skip and jump into the water! - The pool is nice. However - There is really annoying music where every you go - if that is not for you - bring your noice cancelling headphones! - The rooms need a "deep clean" surfaces are probably wiped nothing is scrubbed clean or has not been in a long time. I travelled with someone who booked a room with no view and its smelled really bad. Staff obliged and let her swap rooms and the second room was no better. -For people where mobility is an issue, you need to know that the beach is mostly coral and less soft sand - its hard to walk on in places - the walks to Nudey beach and the Secret Garden are steep and you will need to navigate rocks to progress - Just an observation - This is not a ideal location for the several people I saw in wheel chairs and walking sticks.

The resort was run down and in need of some major maintenance. The rooms were musty and mouldy, we found mould on the walls, curtains & couch. The bathroom was in need of a good clean as the grout was peeling, mouldy & filthy. The bi-fold doors to the balcony had old wasp nests in the runners along with years of dirt & sand. The water pressure in the shower was slightly above a trickle. We had to ask for our room to be serviced (was advised this happened every 3 days but it didn't). The activities were very limited, there was a tour desk that remained non-attended the whole week we were there. And.....The General Store..... mainly consisted of, crisps, fizzy drinks, muffins, the occasional pie and sandwiches. If you are staying longer than a night, take your own food as there is nothing there for purchase to support self contained meal making. The restaurant and bar are so highly overpriced, we considered it daylight robbery. The food at Foxy's was delicious but limited, dinner at Zephyr's was also great but the hot breakfast was always cold and again overpriced at $40pp on a Sunday. The walks and snorkelling were amazing and the chicks that took us on a snorkelling tour were the best of all the staff by far. We made our own fun by hiking & snorkelling (took our own dive gear). This is not really a resort, no room service, no mini bar, no real room service. This place has real potential. We found out that it is for sale, maybe the owners just don't care about the upkeep?

I hate writing negative reviews but The property is in serious need of a full remodel; everything is dirty and or broken the pullout bed is the worst kind weve experienced and our toddler wasn't even able to utilise it and even structural supports show severe signs of degradation along the walkway. The snorkelling and walks are great but yourself a favour and do a day trip and stay in Cairns.

6/10 Staff was very nice. We stayed at the Beach Cabin and it was quite spacious. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned on any day during our stay. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom drainage. During showers, the water would overflow from the shower area and flood the bathroom floor, which was quite inconvenient. The wall close to the sink (below the mirror) was not clean - full of toothpast spills on it. The resort offers a breakfast buffet; however, the selection of food was very limited. My wife does not drink coffee, and there was not even a hot chocolate option available. We were informed that the machine was out of order. The resort's restaurant serves dinner only. We found the food to be quite expensive considering the quality, and the menu offered very few choices. In fact, there are only two restaurants on the entire island: the resort's restaurant and another one nearby. Both have limited menu options. The second restaurant serves lunch, but with only four or five main dishes available , which was also disappointing. Overall, we felt that the lack of dining options and the limited food selection significantly affected our experience. We found the price paid does not match with the quality of the service, unfortunately.

Island was great . Staff were excellent . Our beachfront cabin had a problem with a shower door that was so badly hung that it was a squeeze to get into and out of. We reported the issue but nothing could be done for our stay ….the solution being to dismantle and renovate the shower . Staff said they would remove the cabin from letting until the shower was fixed .

This is the second year in a row my wife and I have been to Fitzroy Island for a winter getaway. We loved it last year and again this. The island is very relaxed, great snorkelling, Foxy’s bar great for food and drinks and the staff are ever so friendly. Well done Fitzroy we’ll see you again next year!!
