The room was just alright. I couldn't connect to the wifi, and the staff couldn't, either. The toilet was not working with me having to manually stop the water after flashing. Because of my personal schedule change, I asked for an extension after staying there for three nights, and the rate they gave me was higher than Hotels.com. The lady at the counter gave me an "whatever you want" attitude when I told her about this. Not very nice for a front desk person. No emergency pads for women and you need to pay a deposit for a hairdryer. The location and room were alright, everything else was mediocre.

The toilet has smells, room was not too cleaned. CS was great! Available for keeping baggages, walkable distance to everywhere.

The hotel has worn carpet throughout. My wife was too embarrassed to invite friends in. Our unit was compact. The bedside lights didn't work. The air con did work. We wont be back.

Good stay overall. The rooms are compact and simple, but exactly what you’d expect from the budget range—functional, clean, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The location is a real plus. Everything I needed was within around a 20-minute walk, making it easy to get around without relying on transport. Staff were friendly throughout, often wishing guests good morning when passing in the corridors, which added a nice, welcoming touch. The only real negative for me was breakfast on the first morning. The area was clearly overrun and had run out of several essentials—cups, plates, bread for toast, milk and butter—and the coffee machine wasn’t working as the drip tray was full. Staff did eventually get on top of this, but it took around 20 minutes for things to settle. On the following two mornings, the breakfast area was much quieter and everything ran far more smoothly, which showed the setup works well when it isn’t under pressure. Overall, a solid budget stay with friendly staff, a great central location, and clean, functional rooms.

The shower had no door, just a curtain which leaked water into the room including the carpet. The room smelled damp and gross. It worked for a quick 2 night stay in a great location but would rather spend a bit more money for something better in the future. Also, I forgot a small pocket size mirror and after confirming they found it, they refused to hold on to it for 2 weeks until I came back.

Staff were lovely and friendly & it was close to everywhere I needed to be.

Although the hotel location was great and our room was quiet, maintenance was neglected. With no tea towel to wash cups for a second drink, sugar was lacking and not filled (had to get more twice), no rubbish bin in the room or bathroom, no power point in the bathroom, which had the only mirror, making it hard to get ready. The walls leading to the room from the lifts and inside our room were damaged by the lack of care from what I assume were laundry trollies; however, it was odd that these laundry trollies were filled and left in the hallways, making it hard to walk down with luggage.

Location is great. Rooms are clean but the facilities is old and I had to ask front desk to give me a hair dryer. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was as expected for my stay. Nice big room which was clean, the shower was okay. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Helpful friendly staff. Clean budget accommodation. . Good location. Central & safe with eating options everywhere.

Room is big enough for both of us. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is ok, don't expect much. They serve apple and orange juice not in the ice bucket.
