The room was just alright. I couldn't connect to the wifi, and the staff couldn't, either. The toilet was not working with me having to manually stop the water after flashing. Because of my personal schedule change, I asked for an extension after staying there for three nights, and the rate they gave me was higher than Hotels.com. The lady at the counter gave me an "whatever you want" attitude when I told her about this. Not very nice for a front desk person. No emergency pads for women and you need to pay a deposit for a hairdryer. The location and room were alright, everything else was mediocre.

The toilet has smells, room was not too cleaned. CS was great! Available for keeping baggages, walkable distance to everywhere.

Very disappointed about the condition of the room, literally everything broken, even the door to the bathroom hard to close. Breakfast so poor that not worth it going there.

Great Location and very central, awesome staff but tired looking room. No shower screen and our door lock was a hit and miss affair. Got potential.

Mouldy shower, damp carpet in the room. Hallway was saturated, presumably an attempt to clean them. Aircon unit appeared to be shaking out of the window, rattled the night away. TV reception was terrible. Overall manky and yuck. Stayed at Ibis hotels a lot before but not budget.... STAY AWAY....

Some staff was not nice. Only shower towers were provided for two days. Our room had a lot of noise. After talking to the front desk, we requested a room change but their response was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful. The room however wasn’t the cleanest. Couch and the carpets overall were quite stained and there was a strange musty smell emanating through the hallways.

Location was amazing, staff were helpful and the bed was great. My main issue was the shower was next to the bed and the screen was broken so there was a shower curtain replacement. It would have been nice to have hand towels too, but I suppose it is a budget hotel

Good price, convenient location, decent room for the price, friendly reception staff. The walls are thin and every bathroom door slams so that can be disturbing when other guests return late at night. Nonetheless fair for the price!

Great place to stay

We didn’t stay we checked in then went to the room then checked out! Stained carpets and bathroom not up to our stands very run down needs a full renovation! Would‘not recommend!
