The room was just alright. I couldn't connect to the wifi, and the staff couldn't, either. The toilet was not working with me having to manually stop the water after flashing. Because of my personal schedule change, I asked for an extension after staying there for three nights, and the rate they gave me was higher than Hotels.com. The lady at the counter gave me an "whatever you want" attitude when I told her about this. Not very nice for a front desk person. No emergency pads for women and you need to pay a deposit for a hairdryer. The location and room were alright, everything else was mediocre.

The toilet has smells, room was not too cleaned. CS was great! Available for keeping baggages, walkable distance to everywhere.

Only one pillow on each bed, normally there is two bed so I did have to ask for an extra one but that was okay just a bit surprised. The bed lights attached to the bed were broken and did not work. The little window in the room that’s a lot of light in so this was quite frustrating. And lastly the small countertop was dirty when I first arrived into the room. (Sticky marks from juice?) The whole building could do with a refurb, it’s kind of dirty and the flooring is quite stained. Overall a little bit pricey for what you get.

The room was smallish but clean. No cooking facilities except for a kettle. However , this is certainly not a negative comment but room is only big enough for 1, maybe 2 persons.

First impression of hotel was not wecoming. The room had no opening windows,the non opening window had pigeons roosting outside. No curtain on window. The bed sloped to one end. No bedside tables and no facility to hang clothes. The toilet cistern ran all night. Breakfast was unappealing. We did not stay to eat. I reported all these faults to the lady at reception,and asked for refund just for breakfast but was told she couldn't because i had booked through Expedia. This does not deserve the star rating.

Location is good.Limited breakfast choices. Stuff said they are there 24 hours,I had an early flight and looked for someone at the front desk at 4AM. After waiting for a while,I realized they are not there like they said.

Staff were excellent. Room tiny. Breakfast ok. Air con did not work so was cold. Overall you get what you pay for.

The room was not properly fit for occupation. The reading light above the left side of the bed had no bulb and the on/off switch was broken. There was no bedside table on the left side of the bed. The toilet flush buttons did not operate properly. The air conditioning fan in the ceiling above the toilet and shower was noisy and on constantly.
