There is nothing good about it but location. But the location is very good

Extremely poor and shabby property. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly, poor level of English. Really shocked as I stay in Ibis properties very frequently on business as well as pleasure and always enjoy my stays, hence why I booked this. By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my son. The only saving grace was the location which was perfect for us. This property is a disgrace and a poor representative of your brand.

Great location and very affordable compared to others in the area. Just needs a bit of a tidy up - we had broken bedlights and a broken shower door. Really helpful staff.

Get what you pay for, this hotel was one of the cheaper options and really really lived up to the promise.

You get what you pay for! Don't expect anything decent as this is a budget hotel.

This hotel has a great location for visiting Melbourne. It was easy for using transit or walking. The hotel was a time saver, if you are visiting and have only a few days to visit. This is the place to stay and have a limited budget,

I stay in Ibis properties when I just need a room. I don't expect much, but this one didn't quite reach the low bar they have set. The staff were lovely. The location is perfect for a city stay. But the first room I stayed in had non-functional bed lamps and the shower just in the bedroom. Most other Ibis places have a little shower capsule, but the fan blowing all night with no way of turning it off was off putting. The shower door was non-working. I sent a message. The staff were pleasant. Moved me to a new room. This one, the bed lamps didn't work, the shower door still didn't work, the bathroom fan still went all the time and there was an air vent outside my window that doubled the noise output. With a basic noise output of 60db it's not conducive for sleep. Done staying at the Ibis. You get what you pay for.

Great location, budget friendly, small but has everything you need

Hotel was budget so we didn't expect a lot. Shower had only half a door. Air vent had got completely clogged so it was removed and left next to the fluffy hole. But it was clean and had a (mostly) working TV.

Basic passable accommodation suitable for price and location

Friendly staff central location comfy bed at a reasonable price.

Worked well for a quick few nights in the CBD. Cheap, own bathroom, solid amenities. Would stay again.
