Outside is a little bit old, but inside is very good

Go away from digital No customer service No food / restaurant

The room was very clean and modern and had a balcony with a peaceful outlook over the water. The bed was comfortable and the air-con was good. The parking was handy. There was no noise coming from other hotel rooms; however there was slight noise from occasional cars passing on the road. The check-in process is a little different, but we figured out how to do the pre check-in and later access the room key via the digital hotel app.

Digital Hotel check in was inept. It took 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to get into my room. Insufficient crockery and cutlery, shower rose must have been made 30 years ago and did not work.

Conveniently located within walking distance of key restaurants and shops in Port Lincoln, this hotel is a solid choice for accessibility and ease. Parking was straightforward and well-organised, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. However, the arrival experience could be improved. We checked in late, and the digital lock arranged for access didn’t work, requiring a call to staff to resolve entry via a separate lockbox. While this was eventually sorted, it wasn’t the smoothest start—especially given that reception is essentially unstaffed. During warmer weather, we also noticed a fair number of insects gathering around the exterior light, which unfortunately made their way into the room. This became much less of an issue as temperatures cooled, but it’s something to be aware of if visiting in hotter months. Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay with a few operational quirks.

Great, well equipped spacious apartment with uninterrupted view of the bay. However, the check in process was convoluted and required the downloading of an app and a phone call to head office to obtain a code as we booked though Expedia which didn't provide the code. All a bit frustrating but the room was excellent.

Great room overlooking the water, convenient to town, plenty of parking. Comfortable and spacious rom.

No coffee percolator or pod machine No reception

No reception staff at all during our stay so didn’t get our TV fixed nor find out about the’free’ kitkats and chips. Couldn’t find out on-line whether we should empty the garbage bin but also didn’t see any large bins outside. Checking out online was confusing.

Very good place

Quality of the room was way above the price. THis was more of a studio apartment rather than a motel room. It was fully self contained. All interactions are via text, email and codes / coded key-cards. There is zero interaction with staff from the booking through to check-in and check-out so do not expect any warm a fuzzy feeling chatting to anyone whilst there.

Few cobwebs on walls..skirting boards bit dirty.. Overall very good..

Really nice suite. Big and comfortable and well appointed. Small balcony with nice ocean views. Because it was a busy week, I had to split my time in Port Lincoln between Limani and the much bigger Port Lincoln hotel. Both were nice but I preferred Limani for its peacefulness and tranquility. Perfect base to explore Port LIncoln and the wider area.

Perfect place to stay, nice view, spacious, clean room.

Great sea view. Could watch sunrise if not cloudy. Quiet and spacious room. There’s no reception though but they arranged the check in through key safe. All good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. However, checking in was not simple. We were asked to download an app that did not work. We then phoned the hotel and were given an access code - wrong room and code. Rang again and had another person, this time really helpful, who helped us through the process

Apartment was well presented and very clean. Checkin via app was an issue but helpful staff provided alternative arrangements which were no hassle.

Wow, we loved this place. Stayed with family for one night. The room was immaculate. The beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was great, the kitchen area was fantastic, parking was easy etc. I highly recommend.

Clean and spacious room. Had everything that I needed. Fantastic views from the balcony.
