Quality of the room was way above the price. THis was more of a studio apartment rather than a motel room. It was fully self contained. All interactions are via text, email and codes / coded key-cards. There is zero interaction with staff from the booking through to check-in and check-out so do not expect any warm a fuzzy feeling chatting to anyone whilst there.

Really nice suite. Big and comfortable and well appointed. Small balcony with nice ocean views. Because it was a busy week, I had to split my time in Port Lincoln between Limani and the much bigger Port Lincoln hotel. Both were nice but I preferred Limani for its peacefulness and tranquility. Perfect base to explore Port LIncoln and the wider area.

Great sea view. Could watch sunrise if not cloudy. Quiet and spacious room. There’s no reception though but they arranged the check in through key safe. All good.

No reception staff at all during our stay so didn’t get our TV fixed nor find out about the’free’ kitkats and chips. Couldn’t find out on-line whether we should empty the garbage bin but also didn’t see any large bins outside. Checking out online was confusing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing.
However, checking in was not simple.
We were asked to download an app that did not work. We then phoned the hotel and were given an access code - wrong room and code.
Rang again and had another person, this time really helpful, who helped us through the process

Wow, we loved this place. Stayed with family for one night. The room was immaculate. The beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was great, the kitchen area was fantastic, parking was easy etc. I highly recommend.

It was easy to pickup the keys and walk into town...bed was huge.
Only few things
The path was right outside the window so you had to have the blind shut for privacy.
Other at about 4 am upstairs decided to have some kind of Sumo wrestling or they were taking the furniture. Anyway woke me up.

No staff on hand to rectify problems with tenants.
Cars using two parks for parking. Could not use exit of lower park due to steepness and clearance.
We had to clear broken glass from lower parking entry. Tried parking on top level no success.
Motels usually have allocated parking for tenants, not this one first in gets the park. Several cars taking up two parks, very annoying.
Rubbish bin in car park overflowing Friday afternoon.
Spoke with other guests who were also disappointed with this.
Towels were of a poor quality and should be replaced when charging rooms at this rate.
Check-in using app never got access to digital keys, another phone call to get code.
A very frustrating experience and we won’t be back.

Automated check in ????? They ask you via TXT to download another app to "digitally" check in. When you d/load the app would like to know where you would like to book next. Nothing to do with you attempting to check in remotely to this motel. Just another App getting all your contact info. We had to call the office during office hours which were unattended?? Someone will call you. That finally happened and all was sorted. This motel is in Port Lincoln and reception is in Adelaide. Cost cutting. Um! Yep.

Ridiculous ‘check in fiasco
No reception on site ( money saving measure???) and software program wouldn’t load.(the software was rated a 1/5 by others). Had to ring staff in Adelaide to be told the software’s faulty and then chase cleaners to get a real key. Room wasn’t ready on time probably due to them acting as defacto receptionists. Overall wasn’t worth the stress of wondering whether ‘there was room in the inn’.
