Clean and spacious room. Had everything that I needed. Fantastic views from the balcony.

My go to motel when I travel. Love the rooms and the views

It was easy to pickup the keys and walk into town...bed was huge. Only few things The path was right outside the window so you had to have the blind shut for privacy. Other at about 4 am upstairs decided to have some kind of Sumo wrestling or they were taking the furniture. Anyway woke me up.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean crisp sheets. The room was very clean. The accommodation is on the main road into town, so there was a bit of traffic noise.

The room was clean, and the view was great. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Room good, bed good. No staff on hand to rectify problems with tenants. Cars using two parks for parking. Could not use exit of lower park due to steepness and clearance. We had to clear broken glass from lower parking entry. Tried parking on top level no success. Motels usually have allocated parking for tenants, not this one first in gets the park. Several cars taking up two parks, very annoying. Rubbish bin in car park overflowing Friday afternoon. Spoke with other guests who were also disappointed with this. Towels were of a poor quality and should be replaced when charging rooms at this rate. Check-in using app never got access to digital keys, another phone call to get code. A very frustrating experience and we won’t be back.

Views and well appointed medern rooms

Automated check in ????? They ask you via TXT to download another app to "digitally" check in. When you d/load the app would like to know where you would like to book next. Nothing to do with you attempting to check in remotely to this motel. Just another App getting all your contact info. We had to call the office during office hours which were unattended?? Someone will call you. That finally happened and all was sorted. This motel is in Port Lincoln and reception is in Adelaide. Cost cutting. Um! Yep. Use this again? NO

Cleaning staff were helpful View was great Ridiculous ‘check in fiasco No reception on site ( money saving measure???) and software program wouldn’t load.(the software was rated a 1/5 by others). Had to ring staff in Adelaide to be told the software’s faulty and then chase cleaners to get a real key. Room wasn’t ready on time probably due to them acting as defacto receptionists. Overall wasn’t worth the stress of wondering whether ‘there was room in the inn’.

Good service and new apartment but the chairs are not comfortable. Great view.

The booking & checkin is nightmare. So challenging. It’s all meant to be remote but I see you now have someone at reception. He wasn’t there when we arrived, but fortunately we were able to get him on the phone & he helped us retrieve our key. The room was very nice with a great view . Lots little goodies around too.

Lack of genuine support from management was frustrating and very disappointing.

Close to city centre and a A1 facility for any stay over.
