旅館位置很好風景很漂亮，離卡通巴車站走路也很方便大約8分鐘，旅館很有特色，可以帶食物去煮 有個很棒的廚房。 服務人員很親切，櫃台有會說中文的服務人員。 晚餐很好吃，讓我們一家人都過一個非常棒的夜晚。

整體滿意，既古樸又舒適整潔。浴簾有少許異味，spa沒有特別，最后病是吃早餐分價錢：熱葷要加錢，早起沒留意侍應快速「提醒」便順手取炒蛋煙肉，另一侍應立刻並有點嚴勵告訴我要加錢，有點無奈。

Very disappointed, The room is small, not as I saw on the AV. The Wifi is not friendly, The breakfast food is just OK, In the restaurant has the warm food such as sausage etc. But it ask you to pay extra $12 dollars.

The hotel restaurant is not very good, it is not worth to have dinner in the restaurant. The medium rare lamp and beef are 100% well done. However, the view in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms on the ground or first floor do not have any view. It is better to request higher floor before booking.

令人非常失望。 房裝修舊, 又污糟, 又有虫, 兼有怪味。

開了近兩小時車到blue mountain, 希望能觀光後能舒服的休息。 外面看是間很有特式的酒店，可是分配了在地面的房間，没景觀之餘也常有人能路過 門的把手也安裝得很低。位置也不太方便 坐公交的不建議住 但早餐時景觀不錯 可是不包熱食 需另外付費

離火車站走路約 5 分鐘，很近。房間雖然在後方，但是還是可以看到峽谷的景緻。房間很有古典風味，很棒！

We had great time staying in this hotel. Easy to check in. Friendly staffs . Gave us information about how to get around when we arrived. Room is comfortable and view was awesome. Short walking distance to shops and train station. Highly recommend. Thank you 👍 😊

We recently stayed at the Mountain Heritage Hotel and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing, particularly given the expectations set by the property. We booked the corner suite, which was advertised as a premium offering, however the room was not well maintained. The “jetted tub” appeared unclean, as though it hadn’t been properly serviced in some time. The fridge was not functioning, and amenities listed in the property details, such as slippers, were not provided. While the room itself has an older style, it felt neglected rather than charming, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The carpet also seemed poorly maintained, with noticeable dust affecting comfort. Service at breakfast was another letdown. I waited approximately 30 minutes for a coffee, during which time the barista/bartender served another guest and proceeded to make a cocktail without acknowledging me at all. A simple acknowledgement would have gone a long way. That said, the property itself is beautiful and the views from the restaurant are genuinely stunning, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, while the location and setting are impressive, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service fell well below expectations and need significant improvement. Will not be staying here again.

This beautiful heritage hotel is in a spectacular location and the history is just wonderful. The hotel however requires money spending on it, especially the rooms and restaurants. The spa that you can book via the hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend.

Romantic heritage hotel with views on clear days of the mountains and Katoomba. A highlight was Alan, the pianist who plays in the bar. He was brilliant and his music made our stay incredibly special.

Belle vue et très bien situé proche de la rue principale, avec ses commerces et restos. La principale attraction (3 sisters et ses promenades) à une distance à pied.

Nostalgia at its best. This is an authentic old inn, so if you are looking for the Marriott this is not for you. Excellent views of the mountains, all the staff were fantastic. Please do yourself a favor and spend some time with Alan, the piano player. Happy hour piano bar, doesn’t get much better. Oh yea, it’s close to all those trails too.
