One night wasn't enought for this amazing place. Definitely I'll visit again.

오래된 숙소라 괜히 지저분한 느낌이었고, 에어컨에서 소리가 너무 크게나서 잠자기에 거슬렸음

The hotel is located between Katoomba and Leura within a pleasant walkable distance. It offers a panoramic view, which we enjoyed every morning while having breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel. All the services were excellent, and the location was very convenient — close to the town center and nearby attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Check-in was very fast and easy, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Very nice old fashioned hotel . Very close to scenic world and other national park areas. Everywhere was very clean , very nice big bedroom and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for blue mountains. Be careful if staying as they have no lifts so if you struggle walking up and down stairs ask for ground floor room

Amazing views from the mountain view room. The hotel is old (heritage listed) so don't expect all the mod cons but what they do have they do well. Staff are ultra friendly and it's actually the only hotel I have had that has called me to ask if everything is ok. The walk to the main street is close although a bit hilly. Lovely large fluffy towels that my wife loved

Stayed one night. I would personally recommend the accommodation if you have a car. Still walkable to station. Stuff services are good. It is an old property and it is good if you like to stay with history house.

Staff were amazing and kind even when dealing with people other fussy customers! breakfast included was very delicious! We loved the fireplace and used it well!! I Adored the soap all same scent! Would have loved to stay longer!!

Great and cozy place

Very nice staff.

We enjoyed three nights here and after paying for an upgrade we secured a nice room with a small gas fireplace and spa bath. We didn’t use the spa, however the fireplace was a nice touch and kept our room surprisingly warm. We always like a room with a couch and table also. The bathroom was a little worn, with chipped tiles and very dirty grout around the toilet base. I was disappointed with housekeeping. We used wine glasses, drinking glasses, coffee mugs and spoons on our first night, which I rinsed out and left on the vanity, however in three days these never moved, they were not replaced or washed up. Also disappointed, that despite paying close to $1500 for our stay, I was charged an additional $3 for about a tablespoon of Hollandaise sauce on the side of my breakfast. I was informed of this charge prior to receiving the sauce, but it still didn’t sit right. The views, the front desk staff and restaurant staff all did a great job and seemed genuinely happy to work there.

A heritage hotel should also do the necessary renovations. Room and bathroom really need renovation. Very kind staff. Food quality in restaurant for dinner very good. Food for breakfast very basic. No fruits, vegetables or whatever is healthy. Nice view from the elevated hotel location into the mountains. Anyway, we have enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location walking distance from station, warm and cosy common area fire place, bar and piano.

We came and stayed for our anniversary, we were surprised with a love swan made of towels on our bed when we arrived, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

This is such a fantastic place to stay - highly recommend and will stay again.
