If you are looking for a place to stay in Sydney, I would advise you to AVOID THIS ONE. This was truly the WORST accommodation experience in Australia. First, the room was extremely dusty and poorly cleaned. The area behind the headboard has so much dust. There were several cockroaches and cobwebs, and the dishes were unwashed and greasy. Second, the crossbar that supports the tabletop was broken, leaving us with no place to eat. I reported this issue to the front desk twice and to hotel.com, and they said they would address it. To our surprise, the reception team called it an “ugly design” and refuse to do anything about it. Third, the bathroom light didn't work. We reported it to the reception twice and also to hotel.com, but it wasn't fixed until the third day. Before that, we had to shower and put on makeup in the dark. I have never stayed in a hotel this horrible before.

房內有廚房，廚具一應俱全，浴室內有洗衣機烘乾機，還有小陽台，房間乾淨，只是住兩天以上並不會有人清潔打掃房內和補充備品。 距離大眾運輸都有一點距離，電車站需步行13分鐘，最近的火車站步行9分鐘，但比較少火車停靠，中央車站需要步行15分鐘

麻雀雖小， 五臟俱全，小型住宅型式，日常需要的電器也有，唯獨只是睡床的墊肉太軟，睡的有些腰骨痛😜；而位置亦只需數分鐘便到火車站，另一方向亦大約十多分鐘便可到達市中心；可謂觀光及購物也十分方便👍👍

入房必須檢查各樣設施，有沒有缺損或是骯髒的地方。

the location is very convenient, I like it like a home, you can cook your breakfast , wash your clothes,and the price is very fair.

Overall, it is good. Good location and clean environment, but the receptionists are not really friendly. One day, we said good morning with them and they just ignore us. However, it' s such a reasonable price for customers.

飯店的地理位置距離中央車站要步行14分鐘才會到達, 如果是帶小孩拖著行李的話不是很近的距離, 附近有些公車站, 但是車次不多要等一下子, 住宿的地方整潔度我覺得尚可, 但稱不上乾靜, 感覺家具有些老舊, 有提供無線上網但是會限制使用的流量, 流量超過就要明天才可以使用, 有洗衣機和烘乾機清潔上方便許多, 但是沒有客房服務

垃圾酒店，Check in一小时前台无人

I thought the location is great as it is close to the University of Sydney, but the vicinity is a bit remote from restaurants and things. Quiet all the time and is suggested not to walk along at night. Yet, it is still within walking distance to the Uni and 2 shopping malls. The room itself is too dark, not as fancy as shown in the photos. Check-out time is strict and was called to get out unless a fine will be applied. Small cockroaches appeared.

設備有一點老舊,但是還實用， 只要你不是太挑剔

Reasonable price for service apartment in Sydney city area. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient to have laundry and dryer machines in bathroom. Free carpark lot makes it attractive as well. I am satisfied on the stays in general.

舒服设备齐全

環境寬敞、安靜， 洗衣機備有洗衣精，烘衣機也清潔，還有廚房設備都一應俱全，算是蠻不錯的選擇。

晚上回到酒店，房門鎖出了問題，大堂又沒有公用或緊急電話，幾經轉接才有人支援！ 房間照明不足，把所有燈開了仍不能接受。 洗手間沒有通風設施，開了乾衣機時問題更嚴重。

The location is rather convenient for sight seeing and shopping. The staff is helpful and friendly. But the kitchen area was not completely clean when I moved in. Plus they do not provide daily cleaning services and it might be a concern of certain people. The facilities are a bit outdated but all worked properly. The room light is not sufficient for reading and writing.

露台傢具沒有清潔，床很細。沒有5點後沒有人工作。唯一好處是較近地鐵。晚機到請三思，只有電話聯絡提供有限服務。

雖然酒店裝修較舊，但是設備齊全，而且酒店職員態度親切，有禮，又樂於助人，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。
