Saya mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan di apartmen ini. Kemudahan dobi adalah sebab utama saya untuk tinggal di sini lebih lama. Berjalan kaki dari stesen Redfern. Kemudahan yang baik dan daftar masuk yang mudah. Pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Hotel ini cantik, bersih, kakitangannya ramah dan comel, biliknya lengkap dari ruang dapur hingga ke tandas, termasuk mesin basuh dan pengering pakaian! Dari hotel, berjalan kira-kira 15 minit untuk sampai ke stesen kereta api! Stesen ini hampir berpusat! Titik tolak ialah tiada pembersihan bilik!

The couch was stained and there was horrible dust on the shelf behind the bed. The knooks and crannies were dirty and the whole room was run down. I would have given a lower score but the staff was great and the location was nice and it was helpful to have a washer and dryer

We stayed for 6 nights and it was fine, the area was great and being so close to the central station was fab, there are some nice restaurants and also a shopping centre with supermarket etc close by.
The accommodation itself was okay, we were in a studio and it could definitely do with some modernisation, it felt quite dark and basic. The bed was two singles pushed together, and the furniture was old and worn. The bathroom was quite tired, shower wasn't overly powerful and we had bugs that kept coming up the drain in the floor. The kitchen was adequate but lacked some basics - no drainer to try dishes, no drying towel, no sheets for the oven to put food on, everything just felt a bit old and dated and it lacked a few essentials.
Most of the bath towels we were given were also old and stained.
We felt it was expensive for what we got, although I think we may have paid inflated prices as our trip coincided with school holidays and a bank holiday.
In summary, it's fine for a quick trip or just somewhere to sleep.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Sydney, I would advise you to AVOID THIS ONE.
This was truly the WORST accommodation experience in Australia.
First, the room was extremely dusty and poorly cleaned. The area behind the headboard has so much dust. There were several cockroaches and cobwebs, and the dishes were unwashed and greasy.
Second, the crossbar that supports the tabletop was broken, leaving us with no place to eat. I reported this issue to the front desk twice and to hotel.com, and they said they would address it. To our surprise, the reception team called it an “ugly design” and refuse to do anything about it.
Third, the bathroom light didn't work. We reported it to the reception twice and also to hotel.com, but it wasn't fixed until the third day. Before that, we had to shower and put on makeup in the dark.
I have never stayed in a hotel this horrible before.

Nesuto was clean and convenient with a comfortable bed. Felt like accommodation for international students so we were probably not the usual demographic. It was unfortunate that we were not informed in advance that reception closed at 4pm on weekends. We arrived at 5.15pm. Painful getting in.

Lage zu Chinatown und in die City sehr gut, Garage für das Auto. Zimmer war im
1 Stockwerk, obwohl das Fenster geschlossen war, hat es sich angehört als ob es offen ist, somit muss man mit Kopfhörer schlafen. Zimmer sollte renoviert werden (Stand Mai), Schlafzimmer ist mit Mobilien Heizung ausgestattet.

We visited Nesuto Chippendale 10 years ago. The reason we returned again was because of the location, close to the city centre. We also found the staff friendly, courteous and professional. We will return again on our next holiday.

One night stay after arriving back to Australia before our final drive home. Nicely surprised by the size and comfort of the room. There was all the facilities needed for a longer stay, a well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine,dryer and laundry tub. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great nights rest. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would use again.
