Location is right in front of Raine Square, a CAT bus stop and to many shopping venues in Perth CBD. Getting a taxi or Didi is a breeze. Halal food is nearby too with plenty of choice. The concierge is super friendly, the room was clean, even without daily housekeeping, the staff are always easily available and attentive. This is my second visit and will definitely return again. Thank you.

I have a very nice experience from prior to arrival until checked out from Oaks Hotel Perth. The receptionist was friendly and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The location was very strategic, walking distance to public transport stations. We will be coming back for sure.

冷氣舊式只固定吹一個方向 夏天晚上較熱 使用燙斗發現沒有清潔，蒸氣都是泥水 直接把衣服報廢了 帶行李到前台沒有電梯，要搬上樓梯才到大堂。 臨近酒bar，假日會較嘈，但酒店有準備耳塞，唯兩人入住只準備了一套。而且不習慣塞耳睡覺。

Hotel location is good, on Murray St and very near to Hay St. Shopping and looking for restaurants are convenient. However, inside the room, the air conditioner is fixed under the window which did not provide good air circulation throughout the room.

Kitchen is well-stocked. It'll be even better if a cutting board is provided. The mattress is comfortable, not too soft, not to hard. The location is super convenient, with Red CAT stop right in front of the hotel. The only pity is the windows are not openable.

Was allocated a room that was filthy and not cleaned. Staff weren’t overly caring or helpful. Seemed annoyed I came back down to let them know it hadn’t been changed since last visitors.
