Staff helpful Lovely spacious rooms And nice having utensils a hotplate and microwave

Central location and decent facilities

Excellent Receptionist- Shania? Went above and beyond. Room facilities also excellent- fully equipped.

The one day that I had house keeping clean my room, I had some of my personal belonging thrown out. Spefically jewellery, just under $200 worth. I had it wrapped in tissue paper because 1. So that it wasnt out in the open and 2. I had not finishing unwrapping all of it. My partner called front desk on my behalf (as I was heading to a work and didnt have enough time to speak to them myself). The lady that answered the phone sounded like she couldnt if cared lessed abiut the issue, was extremely dismissive and was trying to shift blame, mentioning that i shouldnt of kept it in tissue paper. The outcome of that call was "I'll ask my cleaners if they saw anything but there isnt anything we can do". It then took two days for the receptionist to contact us back, fornit to basically be like. "Sorry, dont have it" in the most uncaring, sarcastic tone possible. I get that once something gone, its gone however, it would of been nice to be shown a little bit of compassion as it was the workers of this establishment that threw out my personal belongings and there wasnt any attempt to rectify the situation. There was no real apologies or accountability which really just soured the whole experience for me. I do want to add that I had only bough the jewellery the day pior to it being thrown out by house keeping. I had bought the jewellery for a Work Christmas party that I had travelled 2,223kms to attend.

Everything was fine except the very low shower pressure was frustrating.

Comfort

Very nice room, the maintain communications, in the floor we were told to be quiet a bit to early, at 9:00pm. There was know pool.

Das Zimmer kann man nicht richtig abdunkeln. Es war gegen 05:30 Uhr bereits taghell. Es werden zwar Schlafmasken abgegeben, aber das ist nicht der gleiche Komfort wie wenn es dunkel ist. Lage vom Hotel sonst gut.

Friendly staff. Good location. The room had a bit of wear and tear that needs fixing but was comfortable for one night. The main issue was with the air con unit in the room that didn’t do much on a hot day and was extremely noisy and continued to make noise even when turned off. I can see why they offer bed plugs next to the bed.

立地も良く、駅から歩ける距離でとても使いやすかった。高級店も近くにあり、治安は良さそうだった。ホテルの周りにcoffee shopもあり、朝食も色々楽しめた。 Elizabeth Quayまでも散歩でちょうど良い距離で、Kings Park and Botanic GardenにはBlue cat busですぐに行ける便利なとこだった レセプションの対応も良く、朝早い到着でもチェックインまで荷物を預かってくれて、チェックインまでの間も観光できた。

Room spotless and bed comfortable. Check staff member very pleasant, professional and efficient. Breakfast was an important option for us.
