Location is right in front of Raine Square, a CAT bus stop and to many shopping venues in Perth CBD. Getting a taxi or Didi is a breeze. Halal food is nearby too with plenty of choice. The concierge is super friendly, the room was clean, even without daily housekeeping, the staff are always easily available and attentive. This is my second visit and will definitely return again. Thank you.

I have a very nice experience from prior to arrival until checked out from Oaks Hotel Perth. The receptionist was friendly and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. The location was very strategic, walking distance to public transport stations. We will be coming back for sure.

Upon arrival, staff were very friendly, I was able to check in early which was fantastic. I was placed in a quiet room away from the lifts and stairs which was great. The facilities in the kitchen were adequate and the fridge had a freezer as well. The bathroom was dated and showed signs of damage, the shower over the bath is not ideal however, I was aware of that before staying there. My room had a small window with curtains that were mostly Blockout. There was a lack of lighting over the kitchen area however that wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was an additional cost and was adequate however some more fruit options and pastries would be better. The obligatory bacon and eggs, grilled tomatoes and baked beans were on offer as well as hashbrowns. My bed was very comfortable, my room was quiet even though I was there over New Year’s and I was expecting a disastrous air-conditioning, given the many negative reviews about the air-conditioning in this accommodation, however my room had a brand-new system and it was great.

The one day that I had house keeping clean my room, I had some of my personal belonging thrown out. Spefically jewellery, just under $200 worth. I had it wrapped in tissue paper because 1. So that it wasnt out in the open and 2. I had not finishing unwrapping all of it. My partner called front desk on my behalf (as I was heading to a work and didnt have enough time to speak to them myself). The lady that answered the phone sounded like she couldnt if cared lessed abiut the issue, was extremely dismissive and was trying to shift blame, mentioning that i shouldnt of kept it in tissue paper. The outcome of that call was "I'll ask my cleaners if they saw anything but there isnt anything we can do". It then took two days for the receptionist to contact us back, fornit to basically be like. "Sorry, dont have it" in the most uncaring, sarcastic tone possible. I get that once something gone, its gone however, it would of been nice to be shown a little bit of compassion as it was the workers of this establishment that threw out my personal belongings and there wasnt any attempt to rectify the situation. There was no real apologies or accountability which really just soured the whole experience for me. I do want to add that I had only bough the jewellery the day pior to it being thrown out by house keeping. I had bought the jewellery for a Work Christmas party that I had travelled 2,223kms to attend.

Das Zimmer kann man nicht richtig abdunkeln. Es war gegen 05:30 Uhr bereits taghell. Es werden zwar Schlafmasken abgegeben, aber das ist nicht der gleiche Komfort wie wenn es dunkel ist. Lage vom Hotel sonst gut.
