Ovolo The Valley

The hotel itself was good but the restaurant which is operated separately was not good. The staff was terrible especially a manager called Scarlett. Not a nice person. Not a happy person

Great location and walkable to everything in fortitude valley. Rooms were sizeable, comfortable and clean - building including bathrooms felt a little dated (small cracks in vanity). You are paying for the location really.

There was such a nice reception, I think his name was Eddie or Brian who really made our check it such a treat

Everything about this hotel was great, including the neighborhood, which was easily walkable. However, the fact that they advertise a gymh is crazy. It's a tiny little room, very poorly equipped.

Great stay... quiet with comfortable beds. Now our go-to accom for Brisbane.

The Ovolo was absolutely fantastic!! I wish we had more than one night. It was very very clean, great facilities, fabulous staff and fun exciting surprises everywhere you look. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I got the service I asked for. Was so pleased to be able to book in early. Service with any sort of problems was fixed and their food is always remarkable and very flavoursome and delicious. NOT too expensive and staff always very kind and helpful. I absolutely loved my birthday surprise gift when I got back from my BusinessMeetUp Networking downstairs and it was such a wonderful surprise I loved it including the ballon treats and birthday card. You guys totally won me over and extra special. Thank you so so much everyone for making my stay wonderful 💗 😊🙏

Bathroom in room looked like it was not cleaned from previous guest and bathroom on pool deck also needed cleaning and garbage was overflowing..

We LOVE this hotel! Extraordinary staff who care and are empathetic. They let us check in early, gave us a great hotel room that is so well appointed and had excellent suggestions for nearby shopping and restaurants. The service is second to none and we will happily return here!

Amazing

This property had it all, pool, sauna, hot tub in my room, gym pass availability. The staff was awesome and everything needed was close by.

Room was immaculate and comfortable. Man at the front desk very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a parking spot right out the front door. One thing, the pool could have been a touch cleaner. But overall a wonderful place to stay and would recommend to anyone!
