Excellent location central to all the Theatres and restaurants. Everything you need is a fast Uber or comfortable walk. Just make sure the parking suits your needs and the staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus what a cool atmosphere set by the decor

I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service. However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful. Unfortunately there was no information upon/during booking about the gym and pool currently being under renovation. This was very disappointing as access to these facilities were at 2 seperate locations within an 800m radius of Ovolo. This was disclosed to me only at check-in.

Stayed at Ovolo Brisbane the Valley and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is stylish and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The room was a little on the small side, but still comfortable and functional. One downside was housekeeping. The room wasn’t serviced until around 3–4pm the following day, which felt quite late. On the plus side, complimentary bottled water was a nice touch and much appreciated. The biggest surprise was the parking fee: $60 per day for valet or onsite parking. That’s steep sometimes more than the cost of flights or even car hire and fuel! If you’re driving, I’d recommend looking for nearby parking alternatives to save some serious cash. All in all, not too bad worth considering if you’re after a boutique stay in a vibrant location.

I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem

We always like the Ovolo, but we didn’t realise the pool spa was shut and restaurants shut due to works going on. We probably would of given it a miss if we knew this. Also miss the freebie welcome pack of a good bag

Paid breakfast for 2 people but they do not deliver this as in their system the could not find it even providing them a proof and screen shot. They say it is me to see with hotels.com, blaiming the third party partners (hotels.com). They did not help at all making me stressful and guilty. Light was not working well in the room (kind of flashing) Room next to the lift so not good to sleep with the noise. Last day the the girl checked me out without asking and I was not ready for , so I could not go back in my room (needed) , no more access to the wifi (I was doing something and then I was supposed to call my family in Visio to follow the graduation of my daughter + as I was checked out, no possibility to have the breakfast as well. I supposed to have 2 cocktails as a silver vip member they told me no. Unacceptable
