Was a fantastic experience overall! Room was grea,staff was pleasant! Would stay there again!

Great property and location. Convenient to get to. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff extremely helpful.

The pool and sauna were great, as were the staff in that area. Room service was also great- compliments to the chef and delivery team. Check in experience was not great. I arrived at 4.30 pm to be told that my room wasn’t ready, and I should have a free drink at the lounge whilst I waited. I did not feel like a drink but had one anyway only to discover they were upselling olives by the bowl etc. Then I was told I had been given a special room with a balcony. Turned out the balcony was tiny and right up against the wall of the adjoining building. So, no view, boxed in and no natural light in the room. I managed to change rooms. The rooms themselves were ok in terms of furnishings. The LeLabo soaps and shampoos were a nice touch.

Convenient location. Lots of amenities, and a great concierge.

Lovely hotel in a great area. The very helpful staff made our family vacation very easy and relaxing.

Super quiet and convenient location

Very nice hotel. On the high end, not for average Joe…. The only reason I had chosen it was because I thought the Indian and Australian cricket teams would be staying there, but they were not…. Paid good money but did not get what I had hoped for ( my wrong presumption)…. Sofa bed was not good for my adult son…. Valet parking was $70.00 per night… so word to the wise, if you are not rich, it is not your place….

Service in the Radii restaurant was good but the food was slow arriving. Once the meals turned up they were very nice.
