Kind staff good room

Stayed at Peppers docklands for 7 nights, check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient, reception staff were pleasant. We stayed at Peppers Queen Queen room, it was spacious. The lighting is poor in room, bathroom and the desk, needed to apply makeup near the window to see properly. The sound proofing was done poorly, we could hear the strong winds whistling very loudly past the door. Bathroom sink is positioned under a counter which makes it challenging to wash your face without hitting head on the sink / counter top, and leaking water on the floor. Housekeeping was underperforming. They only changed bedding items once during our stay. Dirty towels and bathrobes were provided. Slipper, tooth brush and tooth paste were not provided by hotel, so we had to buy these by ourselves from supermarket. Complimentary coffee and bottle of water were given on some days, not every day, so I needed to call the reception and asked for replacement. On my last night at the hotel, there were no toilet paper and facial tissue as well, so I needed to call the reception again. Overall, it was a nice stay, however, housekeeping team needs improvements & some training.

Near city central, transportation is very convenient. Nice bar in the hotel and nice harbor view there

Shower is fixed from the ceiling no bath. So it was hard to shower my kids (a 2 year old + a 4 year old). Not easy to wash the dirty bottom either unfortunately. Cleaner came tidy daily - cleaned floor, changed bed sheets/towels etc however did not dust. We stayed there for 8 days

酒店房間很大，兩張雙人床，女兒自己一張床很舒服，喜歡住新酒店，風景一流，一出門已經是免費電車，不用去買Myki直接坐電車去市中心，免費電單到處都是，買了myki是多餘的。除非去chastone,其實上網可以坐免費shuttle bus去chastone,去官網了解下。

Room was clean, had to ask for more towels as we only were given two & we had a child with us. Bin could have been a bit bigger considering we had a child under two staying with us but other then that it was nice, close to marvel which we loved. We will be back

In an amazing spot & staff were amazing. Very clean. Wall plug was slightly faulty but other than that best place to stay!

The best place to stay if you’re going to Marvel stadium

Hot water didn’t work . Told them the night before . Nothing was done . Complained in the morning if we could get another room to have a shower and no one helped and contacted us as the phone were down in the place . Night reception staff more worried about personal conversations than serving guest .

I stayed 5 nights and about half the time there was no hot water.

Enjoyed our stay a lot.

Conveniently placed for our visit to Marvel stadium. Nothing was a issue.

I thought Peppers was more high end than this. This is a weird place. Strange lobby, checkin and bar. No room service and no drinks or water in mini bar, so after arriving late disappointed not to have any options. Perhaps I missed this when choosing the hotel. The bed mattress was awful and I rolled into the groove of people who have stayed before me. Anyway it’s fine, but not great.
