발코니 있는 방으로 예약해서 처음 들어갔을때 넓고 쾌적하다고 생각했으나 곳곳에 먼지가 가득합니다 보이는 부분만 청소해서 커피포트, 커피머신, 전등 등등 먼지가 가득합니다 침구에서 이불도 커버를 제대로 안 씌워주어 겉감과 안감 내내 분리됩니다. 트램역과 가까운 점만 좋았어요

Value for money was ordinary, room wasn’t serviced, beds were 2singles to make a king, making it uncomfortable, car parking is inadequate. There is a lot better motels in Melbourne for 350 a night

A convenient, comfortable & well appointed Docklands location - on the doorstep of Marvel stadium and a walkable distance from Southern Cross Station. Our stay was only one night, but we would stay again.

Great location next to Marvel stadium, transport easily accessible and close to the wharf precinct.

Very noisy, windows aren't double glazed Breakfast was lame, but safe to eat Bed was good though

Bathroom shower was dripping, person came and say this needs change, but we will not disturb me and will do once i check out.

Peppers Hotel Docklands is the best and most affordable family friendly place to stay in the Melbourne CBD.

A few minor issues but apart from that ok

Lovely space to spend time in. Modern decor and well laid out room. Handy location on edge of CBD but only 10mins walk to spencer st statuon where skybus drop off and pickup is. Only downside was no smart tvs so couldn't connect up and watch netflix and was stuck watching limited offerings of australian public tv.

Got woken up by drilling at 7.45am, this wasn’t good when we came from a - 2 hour time zone difference.

Restaurant is closed, renovations happening, paint and works everywhere. Not a 5 star experience atm

The ac was very dirty and couldn’t sleep with kids in the hot night. I mentioned to reception in morning he just handed a card to email them. I emailed them for partially refund but nothing heard. Poor customer service and dirty aircon.

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, though a little dark and over looked. The rest of the hotel may well be nice when it is finished. At present the hotel is shared with workers working on the fabric of the hotel. Particularly the breakfast room and lifts. When we arrived the only way we could find the lift and call buttons was using our phone torches. Breakfast is overpriced and of average quality at best. The coffee is poor, which for Melbourne is a sin.

Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were spacious and blocked a lot of the street noise out.

Allowed late check in. Did take $100 bond deposit which took 6 days to refund. Great room and so close to Marvel stadium.
