발코니 있는 방으로 예약해서 처음 들어갔을때 넓고 쾌적하다고 생각했으나 곳곳에 먼지가 가득합니다 보이는 부분만 청소해서 커피포트, 커피머신, 전등 등등 먼지가 가득합니다 침구에서 이불도 커버를 제대로 안 씌워주어 겉감과 안감 내내 분리됩니다. 트램역과 가까운 점만 좋았어요

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t turn on the TV using the remote control and had to use the main power switch instead. The staff offered to change the room, but it wasn’t necessary.

The hotels car park was full but lack of instructions and it is hectic traffic to stop over on the side road. Also there were only one person working during the peak hour , it took 30 mins to check in

Parking was not available out the front no valet parking they told me to illegal park then had to check in to enter the car park had trouble picking up my car and getting into the car park on leaving could not leave rang the motel they had no clue what to do had a good Samaritan open the boom gate and let me out noone was in the car on leaving to ask for help the room smells bad had to put the air conditioning on to get rid of the smell asked for time of check out the staff had no clue the check in guy was horrible would not stay there again no room service definitely not 5 stars motel

Main room TV in room 411 did not work properly

A good location for transportation with tram, train and Sky Bus options. All were only a few minutes' walk away. Marvel Stadium was very close. The room, however, was extremely basic and had a view of a triangular roof with the other side of a building, blocking any real sunlight or life in general- more like a prison cell. There were no USB ports, no water bottles supplied or on the room service list. The room was clean though and very quiet. The restaurant does not cater for evening meals. Fortunately, there were some nice restaurants available within walking distance. Just not good enough for the price paid.

Get place to stay. Staff was very helpful and polite; room was quiet, tram transport right out front for convenience.

The air conditioner filters in the room had never been cleaned - dirty black lint fell out of it all over the bed and stained it - we had to turn it off. There were also random stains on the doonah cover. Bed was supposed to be king sized - instead we got two single beds pushed together and one was raised higher than the other, very uncomfortable. The gym and pool is accessed via a separate residential building which is pretty inconvenient, and weird for guests to be using residential facilities. Friendly staff but not enough of them, very slow service.

Value for money was ordinary, room wasn’t serviced, beds were 2singles to make a king, making it uncomfortable, car parking is inadequate. There is a lot better motels in Melbourne for 350 a night

A convenient, comfortable & well appointed Docklands location - on the doorstep of Marvel stadium and a walkable distance from Southern Cross Station. Our stay was only one night, but we would stay again.
