For this level of hotels, there is much to be improved here. First there was only one elevator runnning so that there was always a long line waiting to go up and downstairs which turned out to be a nightmare. Also I was directed to the wrong room by the receptionist which is also frustrating. The breakfast place Gold Finch is a good restaurant though.

位置方便，往Central Station 或Roma Street Station都只需步行7、8分鐘，這兩個火車站都能乘機場快線住機埸。 往Queen Street Mall 都是數分鐘步程，十分方便。 房間寛敞簡潔，設施齊備。 員工不算熱情，但都盡責，因wifi上網問題，員工都盡力幫忙解決，非常感激。

位置方便 步行即可到鬧區。設施完善 但稍嫌老舊，整體還是不錯。若健身房泳池時間能開放久一點就更棒了。

失望的五星級酒店！房間舊，十分暗，安排入住低層，面對內層，感覺不舒服！下次不會入住了。

Good location, shops nearby. A bit disappointed for they don't offer free parking for hotel guests. Rooms are clean and spacious.

普普通通

Disappointed that only one lift was working - waited for ages every time you required the lift because it was so busy. I also expected a mini bar in our room with drinks and snacks - I am pretty sure that every other time we have stayed at the Pullman there has been a mini bar. Also, every other time we have stayed we were gifted with complementary drink or coffee vouchers, but not this time.

Only 1 elevator was working and hotel was very busy which made it very exhausting to wait for 10 min on average to get an elevator. There were signs to use staff lift in busy times but that was also tricky as only staff was able to give you access and they were not always available and when raised, the receptionist was not courteous at all or apologetic for misleading signs. Nowhere on their website or booking confirmation it’s mentioned that the swimming pool is not located in Pullman tower but is in Mercure which was inconvenient and misleading. Other than the location of this hotel nothing else is extraordinary. They even charge $55 per day for parking for hotel guests which is a rip off.

Very tired hotel

Our room had an air conditioning issue on a 30 + degree day. There was no spare rooms and it could not be fixed so we were given fans.

Yes, water and bubbles were coming out from the pipe from the floor. It’s the oldest Accor hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. It’s not the rating of Pullman. It’s more like an ibis or Holiday-In Express types of hotel but you are paying for the Pullman, not even the Mercure

Helpful staff and a tidy room, great place!

Everything was presented accurately. The staff were lovely. The beds were comfy and everything was clean.
