The room we were in was modern and very spacious. I think it was originally two rooms that had been combined so there was a lounge which was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was is in a great location, not far from the city and close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The food at the Hotel (pub) downstairs was pretty good and the 20% discount for guests was great. There were some negative as well. 1. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There was hair in the corner of the shower screen. 2. The shower pressure was terrible. 3. The bed sagged a bit so wasn’t comfortable. 4. All the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. There aren’t many stairs but if you have heavy luggage, it’ll still be a bit of a challenge.

Great price for a large room in beautiful North Hobart. The room was quiet (just some sounds coming from outside on Saturday night) and quite clean (some used bottles left in the fridge and a couple of small dead insects in the bathroom). Staff was very nice and wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend it!

The bed was comfy, sheets were clean. Extra pillows were requested but were not available. The kitchenette had no toaster, so was of limited use. Insufficient cutlery. Bathroom generally clean but shelf in shower was dirty.

This property was pretty basic, but quiet, clean, in a great location, and great value.

Rooms at the front of the hotel are very bright even with blinds drawn and very noisy Not easily accessible for the elderly with multiple stairs to access rooms

Bathroom and bedroom connection floor too high, need improving to avoid older people fell down

Good central location in Hobart, room clean and tidy, but only one set of dishes and cutlery when two of us were staying.

Excellent clean room with a comfy bed with a huge bathroom and a lovely shower. It had a microwave so food could be cooked.

Room was ok not real clean. Real budget room.

I have stayed more nights than I can count in the last 3 months, rooms are always clean, bathrooms have been updated, beds are so comfy I don't want to get out some days. Meals are delicious, guests get 20% discount. Bar staff are very friendly.

wifi is good in room. but when checked in, there was a wet bath towel behind the bathroom door. no hair dryer.
