The shower drain was so clogged water went everywhere my clothes and towels were so wet, the fridge is rusty inside

All round a great placeto stay

Clean room and facilities. Milk wasn't appropriate and the portion size was too small, and it would be good if they provide Hand lotion and Hand wash.

Great value for the location. Clean room, with great amenities.

This room was a 7 minute walk from my function so in that respect it was perfect. However, all of us fell/stumbled out of the bathroom at least once as it was quite a step down into the room.

They’ve done a good job with what they have but there’s no hotel desk or room service, so byo coffee and milk. the window blinds are too hard to reach if you’re under 6ft tall to reach into the alcove. So no openable window or natural light was not ideal.

Room was absolutely a1! Staff were great. We had two nights and will def be back for any stays required in Hobart!

Room was absolutely fantastic really enjoyed my stay, nice and clean and amenities were fantastic ! Pub was amazing to food was really nice , however i did encounter a young lady one of the nights she had glasses working at the bar and didn’t appreciate her attitude at all didn’t get her name but proceeded to speak to the manager that was on for the night but seemed to have been disregarded completely whoever that girl was with the glasses short looking needs to be spoken to I got questioned with such rude intent and her attitude was horrible compared to the rest of the staff there . Other than that my stay was very good would definitely come back.

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs. Nothing about this hotel was acceptable. The room was filthy; dust everywhere, the walls were covered with mold, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was no hair dryer, and the basic amenities you would expect from a hotel were completely missing. The whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. I honestly don’t understand how this can even be called a hotel. It was uncomfortable, dirty, and extremely disappointing from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Easy Parking,great service. Staff very helpful. Dining with food exvellent. Accommofation very clean and the extras were great.

Says it has room service however it doesnt, free wifi but the password is on the inside of the front door so you only see it when you leave the room, couldnt cast to the tv, no lamps so either very bright light or no light at all.

After a lot of travelling I just wanted to rest, couldn’t because the music from the bistro was coming through the floor. This was about 7pm I went down to eat and hear the music, that I thought was was a bit loud still, speaking to the bar staff I asked when the music gets turned down, they said at 9pm everybody will be gone. NOT TRUE.. At 10:30 at night I could still hear the music coming through the floor. I couldn’t believe that even though I’d asked him about the music and I pointed to the room I was in which was above the bar. I would’ve thought they may have turned it down, but they didn’t. 😡 On walking into the room at night I thought that it was really clean but the morning showed different. It was a little bit dirty especially the walls and I could see stains above the sink on the walls that showed aren’t clean apart from that. The bed was beautifully clean. But would I stay there again? No absolutely not not until they turn that music down and respect their visitors that pay decent money to stay.

Bedding was fine. Deeper clean needed for grimy door, dust behind door, dusty tea caddy. Insufficient milks and tea bags for three day stay. Website said hairdryer available on request. No hair-dryer was available when I requested one at desk, so website needs to be updated. When I presented card for restaurant discount there was hesitation about its validity for certain days only?? Good value for money. Delicious meal at restaurant.

It was a basic and compact room but very clean and very good value for money. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy. Would stay again if needed to be in that area again

Plates, cups and cutlery were dirty so i didnt feel comfortable using them. No detergent or sponge to wash them myself even though there was a kitchenette. Otherwise, good location and free parking was appreciated.
