Cannot fault the staff - especially Sarah. I left something in my room after checkout and she went above and beyond to help out.

The hotel is newly renovated and in a great location. The apartment was spacious clean and very quiet. Parking including was also a plus. Staff were very obliging and helpful.

I have stayed more nights than I can count in the last 3 months, rooms are always clean, bathrooms have been updated, beds are so comfy I don't want to get out some days. Meals are delicious, guests get 20% discount. Bar staff are very friendly.

Went to room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Staff were very good in relocating us to a new room. Food in pub is delicious and a 20% discount is given to hotel guests. Bed very comfy and pillows were excellent

On arrival the electric kettle shorted out and stunk like sour milk. I took it down to a staff member who replaced it with a new one. The bed took up most if the room. The bathroom sink was cracked and didn't look clean around the plug hole, there was also a pubic hair on the sink. The towel rail was hanging out from the wall and the tiny bin next to the toilet had a brown smear on it.
