good location

first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross station which is convenient to go to the airport

That not a pool breakfast looks far better in your photos a bit dissapointing but staff were good

Amazing large, luxurious room in the middle of the cbd for a very reasonable price

Was in abit of a dodgy area, pool was luke warm and very small. The rooms had no windows, so no fresh air and the aircon was hard to work so it was quite stuffy.

Location excellent and clean and comfortable

Quiet room, good facilities. Excellent cafe nearby & not too far out of the city shopping precinct. Within easy walking distance of Skybus Station at Southern Cross. Would stay there again when next in Melbourne!

Not a great

The room appears suitable for short stays. However, the bathroom did not include body soap, only two shampoos and a conditioner. The bed sheets, though ironed, were slightly burned and felt rough. Additionally, a member of the cleaning staff entered the elevator and abruptly stepped in front of me to tap her access card for another floor. As I was exiting, I had to move back and step out to allow space, as she did not move aside. When I turned around, she directed an unacceptable stare toward me. This interaction was unprofessional and not in keeping with the standard of courtesy I would expect toward a guest.

Great location for events at Marvel Stadium! Rooms are very comfortable, good size, very clean and have everything you need.

Room not ready when arrived. Not a problem with that as we were early. But when came back after check in time virtually asked to do check in again. Nice room but bathroom could use some TLC. Mould in shower along seals and lots grout in shower. Sink was very grotty also. Tap too large in sink also making space to clean teeth difficult. Could also do with some Australian based snacks in room to purchase as all seemed Asian based.

What a lovely Hotel! My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
