Great hotel. Close to everything

We have been here several times and it does not disappoint. Excellent venue.

Lovely place, loved the golden tassel walls by the lifts. Bed was super comfy and staff were helpful. Loved the upgrade and the view from the top :)

Comfortable & cosy

Friendly staff and a nice quirky ambiance and a good happy hour in the rooftop bar. Noisy surroundings on Saturday night.

Location of this hotel was good. Close enough to walk to the city centre, Flinders Street or Southern Cross Stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was quite dusty, but other than that the experience was absolutely faultless. With really friendly staff at check in, giving recommendations on the surroundings of Melbourne and signposting where to go.

Great service

Modern hotel. Feels very well looked after. Great for exploring the city from. Would definitely stay again. The rooftop bar and pool are a nice touch.

Convenient spot for footy at Marvel, walking to crown & generally getting around the city. Room was small but very nicely furnished & functional. Beds ok, great shower. Breakfast included, but was not buffet style as l assumed. Choice of dishes, very large and filling. The area is a bit seedy & noisy, but l expect this on the 6th floor in king Street. Higher up might be better.

Awesome location and quality

Very boutique but not luxury. Bed hard. Rooms dusty and musty. Hot of a morning. Cold of an evening and night. No extra blankets in rooms

Has a very colourful and arty decor. Outstanding hospitality staff. You can welcome the sunrise while you are in the pool. Highly recommended and enjoyable.

Room was grotty. Teapot not cleaned out still had tea in it and cups were dirty. Same guy knocked on my foor twice and an hour and came in asking if i wanted clean towels!

What an absolute treat this hotel is! I wish I had stayed longer, but I will definitely be back. The location was perfect, the experience was so relaxed in a chic way and the aesthetic was elegant yet vibrant in a way that complements the Melbourne charm perfectly. The bed and bathrooms were top tier, so clean and comforting on the senses. Complementary Kevin Murphy products were a nice surprise!

The customer service from the team was next level. Room was serviced every day and the place was spotless.

We stayed here for a week. My mum dad daughter and I. The rooftop bar was lovely and staff exceptional. Highly recommend. Rooms are so clean and modern. With really beautiful pillows and comfortable beds.
