Wonderful location very close to the river. It was right downtown across the street from the botanical gardens and within walking distance of cafes and bars. The hotel has a nice laundry room and the staff were great. We left a few items in a drawer and picked them up on our way back through. Definitely recommend.

The pool is shaded from the biggest building in Brisbane. Yes you get sun till 11 am in May but after that you need to relocate to a park for the sun. It’s an old hotel and has beer spilt smell in main hallway but otherwise good value.

This was a really nice cosy hotel! The staff were polite friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed the bar with a pleasant choice of wines and the restaurant had good food and lovely friendly staff! Would def stay here again!
