Check-in person was great. Room very clean and we appreciated the extra space due to upgrade. Thank you! We dropped the key to Mercure. The person who took the key seemed annoyed. May have just been having a busy morning.

Whilst the property is of an older style, it is generally well maintained, clean and tidy. My room, whilst small, was much as I expected. It was quiet, very tidy with comfortable bed and one of the best showers I have had in a motel. Would happily stay there when I. Brisbane.

由于退房那天是1月1日，酒店中午12点就开始放假了，而我们的航班是晚上的，需要寄存行李，当时非常着急。最后前台小姐还是让我们寄存了行李然后特意找了同事在第二天过来帮我们提取行李。这个举动很感激，服务很好。谢谢！

酒店位於小山坡上，如選擇乘坐鐵路的旅客要住意，要把行李推上山坡。Reception 不是24小時，要留意，但工作人員也很詳細地說明可以怎樣做，例如早退房可以把鎖匙放在房間桌上。

Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend, leider gibt es keinen Aufzug und auch nur 10 Stellplätze für 50 Zimmer, was einem Motel nicht gerecht wird. Dafür liegt es schön zentral.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist es schon sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls extrem laut und nervt. Das Bad ist ok aber sehr einfach. Wir hatten das Zimmer für eine Nacht vor der Abreise gebucht und für den Preis und die tolle Lage ist es fair.

Disgusting , this place was a complete dive . Cracked paint on walls , was the size of a jail cell extremely deceiving photos . Could barely open the door to the balcony. Shower and toilet dirty . There isn’t parking , literally 4 spaces what a joke . They seemed to careless . I felt like we were in A back packer hotel . We didn’t even stay the night it felt horrible .
