梳洗用品高級好用，職員非常友善，酒店是vintage的風格，浴室設施會舊式少少，但功能冇問題，我的房間沒有花灑，只有頭上淋水的，預先講咗係度蜜月，有幫我upgrade，非常貼心~

The Langham Melbourne is a gorgeous hotel, elegant and lovely staff. I always love a stand alone shower in a hotel - though the shower head could be further out from the wall). The only things that could be addressed is perhaps it is time for new mattresses, as the current ones have obvious dips and quicker service at the bar (we waited over 20 minutes for cocktails at 5PM on a Friday evening). Overall a gorgeous hotel, would stay again.

Positives: really great breakfast, good location. Some staff were fantastic. But this is a really tired, out dated hotel. Disappointed that our room type wasn’t available,

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. We had a fantastic view of the Yarra River.

Everything was very nice and so central to Southbank and the city

The hotel is lovely. Traditional and well equipped. The only reason it’s not a 5* review is a couple of areas that fell short. In the gym, not all of the equipment is working which means access is difficult at busy times. We only ate in the hotel for breakfast on the day we checked out and were greeted with a confused look when explaining we don’t want the buffet but instead wanted to order from the à la carte menu. The food took a while to come (which we were advised) but when it did, sausages were lukewarm and I wouldn’t be surprised if they came from the buffet. This wasn’t in keeping with the high quality experienced in the rest of the stay. Location is fantastic and the free travel around the city meant we got to see so much.

Great stay, ideal location.

The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious. However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight. I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified. Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter.

Great staff and amenities. Aria lounge bar staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to organise a small cake for wife's birthday too..

The Langham was absolutely lovely and the perfect place to stay in Melbourne. We loved the river front location and all the great dining and amenities nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very elegant with Old World character but everything is also modern and up to date. Breakfast was lovely with lots of great options.

Overall satisfied

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I would choose this hotel again for the breakfast alone. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the swimming pool came complete with complimentary sun screen. Loved this hotel experience right in the city centre. Do the valet parking if you wish to use your car during your stay, otherwise it's cheaper online (especially for multiple nights) with the Wilson car park adjacent to the hotel but beware this only allows one entry and one exit.

Stayed at The Langham, Melbourne and it was absolutely stunning. The hotel was exceptional. The room and overall experience were outstanding, but the highlight was definitely the pool and spa the view from the spa are honestly the best I’ve ever had. A truly memorable stay and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay and best part is the helpful staff particularly Ken out front who was super helpful when something went slightly astray. Will be staying again
