梳洗用品高級好用，職員非常友善，酒店是vintage的風格，浴室設施會舊式少少，但功能冇問題，我的房間沒有花灑，只有頭上淋水的，預先講咗係度蜜月，有幫我upgrade，非常貼心~

Wonderful hotel with old World charm. Lovely location on South Bank. We ordered room service breakfast and it was amazing! Good service overall. I woukd stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very nice front of house staff, has slipped since previous visits, the bar area had run out of some basics which you would not expect at a 5* hotel, my father was unable to get either an Apple or orange juice as they had run out, also ran out of one of the main meals, seemed to be running on a reduced service but not a reduced price to match!

The staff are supportive, polite and super helpful, they can’t do enough to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel is in the perfect location to access all amenities

Such a amazing weekends staycation for our family. Services, facilities and location is everything we were hoping for. Excellent!

Lovely staff, rooms were very nice

The Langham Melbourne has tremendous potential. It clearly aims to capture the elegance and charm of a classic English hotel, but for me, the overall experience didn’t quite come together. Pros: The doorman and the receptionist at check-in were genuinely warm and welcoming, setting a positive first impression. The dining menu also offered a good variety of options, with something for most tastes. Cons: While the individual elements are there, the hotel struggles to create a cohesive, memorable atmosphere. Throughout my stay, it felt more like a hotel designed for business travelers than a luxury retreat. It lacked the warmth and inviting ambiance I was hoping for. From the lobby to the restaurant, the environment reminded me more of an average cruise ship than a refined five-star hotel. The constant pacing of staff and the clanging of dishes and utensils made the common areas feel busy rather than relaxing. The spa and pool area also missed the opportunity to create a true sanctuary. I believe The Langham could elevate the guest experience by leaning further into its English-inspired character. Imagine an atmosphere where guests naturally want to curl up by a fireplace in a plush robe, sipping a dirty chai latte while escaping the outside world. That sense of comfort and exclusivity is what feels missing. Dear Langham—bring together the beautiful floral arrangements, classic English furnishings, and charming rotary phones into a more cohesive, luxurious experience.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. So many choices! We did not need any lunch.

Had a awonderful and very relaxing sta. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Check in and check out was seamless. Room was spacious, bed

I booked here for recently and the staff at reception went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all of your kindness and attention. To everyone at the Langham, but particularly reception- it was a weekend we will never forget.

I can’t fault the Langham, it was a wonderful stay I’ll stay here again when in Melbourne thanks.
