We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the view was unmatched. We did get a free upgrade to a corner room on the 19th floor which we are so grateful for. An amazing stay!

También me mandaron una tarjeta de despedida del Hotel escrita a mano por cada uno de los miembros que intervino en la estancia mientras estuvimos hospedados en ese hotel, es un hotel maravilloso con una atención extraordinariamente, excelente felicidades a todo el personal y gracias por la amabilidad del tiempo que estuvimos hospedados en ese hotel, una experiencia maravillosa.

Staff were superb and accommodating, the only fault here was at check in we were not given directions so my daughter and I were left to wander a bit, which we didn't mind! Breakfast was nice with a great selection, and our bed was uber comfy! (Pillow menu was never presented). Small things like the vanity mirror in the bathroom had dead batteries and the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return if the price point was slightly lower or if they ran specials.
